would add that you don't seem to understand the distinction between speculation as to guilt/innocence, and actual guilt/innocence. You can speculate as much as you want. It has no effect on actual guilt/innocence in the legal sense. No contradiction in OP.

Civil lawsuits on all this basically opens the spigot of information. It's pretty much limitless what a Plaintiff's lawyer can get through pre-trial discovery requests. Including depositions of the likes of Izzo. Or in the case of football: Dantonio.

All out there in the public to be scrutinized.

You see it in many cases where the criminal justice system is inadequate: civil lawsuits act as the next best thing for a victim.

The most famous example being the OJ case.

My cousin went to MSU-COM and when I was applying for schools and asking her to help grease the wheels with the dean, I remember her telling me how he's the biggest creep and she'd rather talk to anyone else in admissions for help. Seems as her information or intuition was correct. Disgusting.

The denial of all this from the MSU fanbase is reaching a level I never thought possible.  There are some sick sick fans trying to make excuses for this.  I thought the Penn St fans were bad, but MSU is right there with them.

MSU had 3 players leave the team.  One went to the NBA early, 2 others transfered, one to St. Louis and one to St. Johns

3 seems like a pretty coincidental number I'm sure.

Anyone know the estimates for how many rape victims will even report?  Isn't it something like a third or less?

I was able to make it through almost 10 respones without anyone: 1. bitching about the person that posted this for breaking the no politics rule 2. defending Sparty and their sick as hell institution 3. Waxing poetic about the soundness of MSU's legal strategy 4. asking the mods to censor the post.

You're sleeping at the wheel Sparty.  Keep fighting!  We are all counting on you!

On another note.  I'm over this.  I'm not apologizing to my Sparty friends anymore.  They want a fight, lets give it to them.  This is absurd.  Burn it down.

I predicted this would happen...Many of us have suspected for  LONG time that Dantonio an Izzo were influencing all these people with subtle threats and intimidation and booster connections in side the Ingham County Prosecutors office and one by one these allegations disappeared or swept away...All of this is just on big Conspiracy to protect MSU athletes and alot of people were involved...ALOT

...and I BET thats also how it eventually connects up to Nasser. They knowingly shoved it all under the rug to protect their image.

Anyone who think King Izzo didn’t know about that on some level prior to it going public is delusional.
