That was a great effort!

But what's the scoop on him playing left tackle?
March 31st, 2018 at 10:56 PM ^
Moves well, great footwork, bigger power rushers can attack him however.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:31 PM ^
I'd place him more as a TE with his ability to catch and block those charges.
what a night, what a kid
thank you mo

He's too short......Needs one more year to grow a bit
March 31st, 2018 at 10:00 PM ^
for damn near 40 minutes. Great effort.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:01 PM ^
His mom really is good luck!
March 31st, 2018 at 11:08 PM ^
so I think we have no choice but to crowdfund bringing as many Wagner's over from Germany as possible before Monday. Who's in?
March 31st, 2018 at 10:01 PM ^
I like it when his mom comes to the games! Go Blue!!!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:01 PM ^

Get some insurance. One more year in Ann Arbor - you'll own this town.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:03 PM ^
As much as I’d love for him to stay, I think it’s time for him to go. There’s nothing else he can do to improve his draft stock and if he has a good game Monday night, he’ll end up in the first round potentially.
it's all about the journey!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:36 PM ^
If he does somehow stay, his mom needs to move to Ann Arbor. Then we'd never lose.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:03 PM ^
Pretty sure he had a doynle-double at halftime. Unbelievable.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:06 PM ^
Yes - 11pts and 11 boards
March 31st, 2018 at 10:14 PM ^
And we had 22 points...
March 31st, 2018 at 10:07 PM ^
11 points
11 rebounds
March 31st, 2018 at 10:11 PM ^
Doynle Double
March 31st, 2018 at 10:26 PM ^
He did
March 31st, 2018 at 10:03 PM ^
Need that output on Monday night.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:05 PM ^
Add a few threes to the mix and now you're talkin.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:05 PM ^
HAIL!!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:06 PM ^
Just unbelievable what this kid has done. Unbelievable.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:08 PM ^
I love Moe. I love players who are skilled; who can dribble, pass, shoot, and grab boards. Such a versatile weapon.
So much to like there. The steal. The pass. The dunk. The threes. The put backs.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:20 PM ^
Only two other players have had 24 points and 15 rebounds in the final four, Hakeem Olajuwon and Larry Bird.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:29 PM ^
A little uncomfortable with that company, given what their teams did in their respective finals.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:25 PM ^
But hopefully we can put superstition aside like we did tonight.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:21 PM ^
Really cool to see that Dirk shout out on the TNT broadcast. Awesome game No! Won it for us!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:22 PM ^
Wagner, who became the third player in the last 40 years with a 20 and 15 game in the Final Four, joining Hakeem Olajuwon of Houston in 1983 (then known as Akeem) and Larry Bird of Indiana State in 1979.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:47 PM ^
Upvote for the correct Akeem/Hakeem distinction.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:22 PM ^
His over/under was 15 points and I won 500 bucks
March 31st, 2018 at 10:22 PM ^
Jordan Poole got the energy going
March 31st, 2018 at 11:55 PM ^
he had two nice drives to the rim to stay in striking distance
March 31st, 2018 at 10:34 PM ^
Also, and this is huge: 1 foul. Really helped to not have to worry about the fouls on Mo coming down the stretch. But he was still aggressive on the boards (obviously) and the steals. So good.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:35 PM ^
It scares me because up until this game I was sure he was coming back.... if we win next game who cares though!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:35 PM ^
and said less today. Quoted in interview after the game saying he did not want to be too emotionally drunk out there. His best game of the year imo.
March 31st, 2018 at 10:39 PM ^
absolutely kept us in this game when our offensive was completely out of sync.
What a game!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:41 PM ^
I'll praise him some more.
Fantastic leadership, and absolutely ciritical offensive boards. That's not normally Michigan's game, but against Loyola, it was essential.
Thank you Moritz!
March 31st, 2018 at 10:43 PM ^
Going to need another Herculean performance from him on Monday night.
One more, buddy.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:06 PM ^
his ticket to the draft.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:15 PM ^
About 10 days ago I thought there was no chance he'd make it in the NBA........I no longer think that. He still needs to improve his shot from outside but I think he'll at least get an opportunity.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:17 PM ^
I don't think his shot (or any other part of his offensive game) is an issue. It's more the defensive end.
March 31st, 2018 at 11:27 PM ^
I’m still pinching myself, these are historic scenarios at play here. Pure Magic...
