Sean Bormet Named Head Wrestling Coach
Title pretty much sums it up, great hire from within, wonder who Bormet brings on to replace his old position. With his connection to the cadet world team Bormet is a fantastic recruiter, and from Twitter posts he has pretty good social media game. With Mason Paris coming in we may be good at Heavyweight, however with Cohlton Schultz (cadet world champ) in next years recruiting cycle this may be perfect timing
Sean is the ultimate Michigan man and the best possible coach we could ever have. My dad was a huge wrestler and sent me to Michigan wrestling camp every summer when I was young. Sean was my favorite coach and the coolest guy ever to a young kid. He was also a champion and the best role model a kid could have. Congrats coach, you deserve this day.
Love it! I hope he can build off the recent success and take us to the next level. Go Blue!
Congrats, Coach Bormet! The best hire Warde could have made. I can't wait until next season.

I hope he brings in someone who can recruit New Jersey, just like football, lots of wrestling talent there

With Kellen Russel on staff he has some NJ pull being a Blair Academy alum. Though you do make a good point, Jersey always has some good wrestlers. I’m keeping an eye on the Mastrogiavani brothers currently on the Blair team and Bergen Catholic was #1 in the nation for some time this year. I still would love to crack into that St. Paris Graham wrestling room, seems Wisconsin and OSU have the inside tracks there.
