There was a post about him on the front page about a month ago. Definitely a solid prospect for either 19 or 20 class. Will be interesting to see if he becomes as tall as his brother or will level out more as a 3 or 4 type. Mo is better suited as a PF so maybe his brother could be the same.

much quicker and more agile than mo.  as a 17 yr old he's canning left handed (short) hooks.

It looks like he has better ball handling, but he may be caught a little bit in no man's land. Remember, Mo also played on the wing a lot in Germany and got away with it, not so much here. Athletically, I think they are similar, but at only 6'7" and not built like a bull, that leaves him more as a classic stretch 4, whereas at Michigan the 4 is essentially a wing. Not sure he's the best fit at that spot in Michigan's system, whereas in some other systems he may be better suited.

His jump shot is right handed but he seems to prefer the left hand on layups. One of the layups should have been righty and he avoided it for his left. I’ve never seen that.

We already have two recruits in 18 with a similar skill set and physical profile. John’s and Iggy are better. Plus Livers already playing. And Nunez will probably start as a wing as well. If he was in the 2020 class, I’d be all for it. But unless he grows a few inches and could project as a 5, I’m not sure I see the fit right now.

I like his shooting stroke. It's quick and smooth, with no hitch.  It also appears that their 3 pt. line is a bit deeper than the college line he would see at the collegiate level in the US.

He seems to drive with both hands. He doesn't appear to be especially explosive athletically. He does remind one of Duncan Robinson but maybe drives a little more agressively. Remember when we learned how explosively Stauskus could drive to the rim? Most saw him as a spot up shooter, but got stronger and more explosive with the strength program at UM.

I noticed his birthdate at August 2001. He doesn't even turn 17 until August. He would be a rising sophpmore in the U.S. I haven't seen a huge number of 6'7" sophomores playing at this level in H.S. lately. Just sayin...

I would say that he is worth monitoring for 2 things: physical development, and skill development. He could arrive in 2.5 years as a frosh and understudy for a year or even 2 years. I would guess Coach B will keep a close eye on him as he develops. He just has the look of kids that Coach B recruits.
