Crashing the boards is not exactly our forte. UM isn't a terrible rebounding team, they just need to hold their own. They are, however, an elite transition defense. Crashing the boards will take away from that transition defense and TexAM likes to get out and run. Limit their transition points and battle down low like we have against msu and Purdue. My biggest concern is how the refs will call this game. Let's hope the allow us to be physical down low against their bigs. Go Blue!

I will be looking for these two to shoot over the zone and put this TAMU team to bed.  Beilein said that we had our best shooting practice ever on Tuesday (including Z making 60/80).  Let's hope this translates.  Big game tonight!

It’s interesting that even now most analysts look at Michigan and say “they are a team that has to shoot well to win, when the last few games have showed that isn’t true. In some ways Michigan still has a reputation for being a finesse team. Any team that doesn’t have a traditional post and likes to shoot 3s is considered “finesse.”

This Michigan team is super tough and can bang with anyone. It always amuses me that teams that realize that 3 is greater than 2 are somehow less tough.
