Yeah, odds are that an aging Izzo is still the best they can do. At a minimum, his name still has cachet on the recruiting trail.

Coach Izzo is always complaining that (some of) his starters have been too exhausted during games to play their best. As one of the few coaches/teams to not use the Catapult system during practice sessions, I think he is wearing out the players during practice time. Missed their last 14 shots. Maybe?
"WIN THE BIG 10 REGULAR SEASON" should probably be something like "GET THE EASIEST SCHEDULE IN THE BIG 10" . . . but well done.

I couldn't stop laughing as Barkley crossed off MSU five times on his bracket - he had them going all the way!! Are we the only ones who knew the secret?
knew the truth about this team. Even MSU fans, who were honest with themselves, knew that they under performed all year long. Never passed the eye test. People on the national level are still living in the past.
I never understood that. So many analysts had them not just making the Final Four but winning it all, even after seeing the draw they got. Based on what, their two wins over tournament teams?
Isn't this the first time Izzo has failed to reach the Sweet 16 three consecutive seasons in his whole career? LOL
....but all I can do is laugh. I just can't stop laughing.
