Guess who is the best hockey conference?
Shut up poo-poo head
Just kidding. You’re a nice guy
That was meant to k.o.k law
Keep digging - you'll reach bottom soon.
Bam! Uve been hatchett’ed dog
Talk about a meteoric rise in money time! Seeing such a substantial improvement of the team as the year goes on is gratifying and very heartening for the future.
#4 this Saturday!
Think about how much our ranking will rise once we beat #4 and #2 in back to back weeks...
As long as we keep scoring 6 to 8 goals a game... I like an aggressive goalie, but on the Wisconsin goals on Saturday, Lavigne was often well out challenging a shooter only to get caught by a rebound he couldn't control, a deflection, or a Joe Louis bounce.
Okay, I'm an idiot. Wrong thread.
And we’d be guaranteed a 2 seed. Can’t let them beat us x5 this year!
should have secured a tournament bid. Nice to see the program getting back to where it belongs.
#7 is a little misleading -- it's by one ten-thousandth of a point in the RPI. It's probably best to think of it as a virtual tie for 8th. Still, considering where this program has been recently, quibbling over 7th or 8th is a good feeling. :)

I thought you would go with, “ if you ain’t first, you’re last”
Twenty years before that, it was, "There's no points for second place" and "the plaque for the alternates is down in the ladies room."
Well, virtual tie for 7th, but yeah. Results in the next two weeks will alter Michigan and Clarkson's razor-thin RPI margins.
Michigan has virtually no chance of climbing higher than this. That's ok, this is pretty high.
That's what I meant. :) 7th, 8th... numbers are hard
And, yes, I'd rather Michigan be 0.0001 ahead than 0.0001 behind. But they're subject to flip because of some random result in the Hockey East tournament or something -- that was my point (we're in agreement).
I don't know how much of a difference there is between being #7 and #8 for seeding purposes, but I do know that this is just one more reason (not that anyone needs one) to cheer for Michigan to upset OSU this weekend in Columbus.
