Defeating Sparty today keeps UM at a #5. Win B1G tourney tomorrow, and UM gets a #3 in the NCAA tourney.

M was down 3 at the half, but it still felt good. With a smothering defense like that, all they had to do was hit a few more shots than last half, and they did.

What a game this team keeps on amazing me. On to I assume Purdue. I really don't think they can beat us a third time with out having the refs in their pocket at least. And if by chance we meet PSU well then we get to hang another BTT banner next year. Go blue.

The point of slapping the floor is to bend your knees to remind yourself to get ready to hustle from an athletic stance. Bending over to do it is just lazy.
Trying my best to be objective, but I don't recall any other team we've faced this year complain to the refs as demonstratively and frequeently as MSU. When you look to the sideline, you see their coach following a ref halfway down the floor telling the official what he should have called.
Players emulate coaches. It's great to have the classiest coach and team in the game right now. Really love the heart, talent, and effort of this team. Let's rest up, focus in, and go get the damn thing done tomorrow. Go Blue!

Loved this game! I jumped out of my chair and yelled a bit when DRob hit that last layup and foul. Great game and great toughness by this team.
