Michigan undefeated on Saturdays

Submitted by Lumpy_wolverine on

My 9-year-old pointed out to me that the Wolverines are undefeated on Saturdays this season (including the last game against the Spartans).  I'm not superstitious, but I'll take this as a good sign!  Saturday games:

Damn, I'm getting a little jealous of these people who have grade school aged kids who are this into sports. My 8 year old doesn't have a clue what a going on with Michigan in anything. Although he is very in tune with DanTDM and has a solid grasp of Minecraft.

The 9-year-old is the youngest of eight children.  About half don't care about spectator sports.  My oldest did care . . . enough to root against whoever I was rooting for (until about age 16).  The 9-year-old seemed to clue in quicker than most, and was quick to adopt my rooting interests (to the point that he boos whenever he sees an Ohio license plate).  Perhaps I got better at training them as I aged.

naturally this'll result in another Big Ten Title in both football and basketball, a Final Four appearance, and a CFP National title, right?
