Hello: Trente Jones
4-star OT Trente Jones from Grayson High School has committed to Michigan.
He's currently the 332nd overall prospect in the 247 composite, but that feels low to me. He's an Under Armour All-American game invitee, and plays in a strong division in Georgia. Some think he's better than top 100 teammate OL Wanya Morris. At 6'6 282, he moves well for his size but still has a frame to add good weight. It's a really good pick up at a position of need.

That really might happen, but Marcel Lewis is a three star right now, and we should be elated to get his commitment. He will not be a three star for much longer, IMO. I think he is a top 5, possibly top 3 player in the state, and a perfect LB for Don Brown. He and Charles Thomas, with Lance Dixon for Viper, would be a great LB haul in 2019.

Don't forget Anthony Solomon and Kalen DeLoach. With Don Brown and Co., it seems LB will always be stocked with talent.

Very true. Solomon seems to have been a Michigan lean for a long time, and we just got DeLoach on campus. I am a fan of both of their films as well - DeLoach really hits people.
Seems like it'll be a numbers game. Are we wanting to take another LB mega-class like we did in 2017? We will find out. Lots of good options right now.
