Baseball: surprising top rated UM mlb draft prospect - Burgoon
Oaks missing is no suprise. No way I'd expect to see him in a top 100 list. He's a meh pitcher from a prospect standpoint.
Law has been low on LaMarre since last summer. Ryan really really struggled in the Cape, and K. Law was there to watch it. He's seen his stats this year, but metal bats against meh college pitching on many games isn't enough to sway his opinion. So that's the context of Keith's opinion.
As for Burgoon, he's a little on the small side but his stuff is electric. If he were 3-4 inches taller, he'd easily be a top 10-15 prospect. The small stature I think has his ceiling set as a reliever only.
You'll probably see Matt Miller jump up on some draft boards next season. He was hitting 97 in his 3rd and 4th innings of work this last weekend. His normal range was 92-94.
but that is an old list from KLaw and when he updated it a couple weeks ago, Burgoon was no longer on it (note: behind paywall if you're not an "ESPN Insider")

Although I think he's a fair evaluator, based on his chats he doesn't think much of the Big 10 generally (e.g. see his one sentence summary of Alex Wimmers)
Any team that drafts him will immediately benefit from the increase in female fans attending games in the hope he'll come out of the bullpen.
And a hell of a reliever, too.
