no idea what the summer schedule is in terms of organized conditioning and voluntary 7-on-7's and what not.
I believe (obvs..only those who have qualified).
At 7 AM, and it runs until 4 PM, every day, followed by film until 8.
Because then it means the season is right around the corner...

Summer conditioning starts right after summer shampooing is finished....
when they rinse and repeat!
