I think Borges would make a great offensive consultant. He was horrible at creating an offense or developing a QB but he was a great play designer. In the writing world he be great at punching up scripts.

Whole Roman thing is a bit weird. Not like Jim isn't on speaking terms with Ravens HC. Rumors were pretty strong and now he stays. Didn't Jim kind of know this was the probable outcome all along?

Not sure what your point is. I'm saying that Jim and John clearly talk and almost definitely had all their cards on the table and also probably discussed this with Roman together. So if he was going to stay, why all the smoke?

I was getting at the point of "because some people read Roman is on Jim's radar so they re-post it, doesn't mean he is Jim's first choice". Jim could've said "Greg you're my 4th choice, if it comes to you are you interested?" And Greg responds to Jim with "I think I'm good here". Both go their own ways, internet says "Roman screwed Jim!!!!!!"

Find a Don Brown equivalent, a college-only guy who isn't looking to be a year or two and out. Do those exist? Somewhere, that has to exist.

I don't care if Michigan players are familiar with a single "pro concept" by the time they hit the NFL. That's not our problem. I'd rather have an OC or pass coordinator who eats and sleeps college offense and only thinks about how to beat today's college defenses.
