When I (was forced to) visited Notre Dame, it was not “Love at first sight” for me. More along the lines of “I want to punch every single person here”. I’m very glad I didn’t.

The article is written by Ovie himself. It is thoughtful and well written (for a 17-year-old). Seems like the type of person we would want donning the winged helmet, especially if he's anything like his cousin-- Mario Ojemudia. Yes, fuck Notre Dame. But Ovie does not deserve our wrath. Good luck, Ovie

To make it worse I had comp seats from a beer distributer and to my right was our buddy Rosenberg. Shoulder to shoulder with that douche. So frustrated by the 3rd quarter I almost pushed him down the stands.

Tradition? UM has more. Family? Have you seen the staff turnover in past 3 yrs at ND? Give me a break. South Bend? Shithole Hope you enjoy going 0-2 against UMand playing for a new Head Coach in very short time.

I think maybe super Mario steered him away after having a less than stellar career here. It happens. If he's anything like his cousin maybe ND is a perfect spot for him. No big deal.

What I've never understood is how they stop kids from seeing the city of South Bend. No way does anyone see that city and think "I really want to live here."

He did exactly what a kid is supposed to do during the recruiting process. He explored his options, found a place he was happy with and loved, and committed there. Wish it was Michigan for most kids Michigan wants, but sometimes it isn’t. Good for him to come to that realization and make the decision that felt best for him. Good for this kid for following his heart. Hope Michigan beats him first week in 2018

Go post this crap on a ND site. Why the hell hell would I care about this kids love for Notre Dame? This should be negged a thousand times over. I enjoy a continuous stream of new, Michigan related content but this is just stupid.

would want a 32 year old 600 goal scorer from the NHL to play college football is beyond me. Sounds like a lose-lose for both the Capitals and the Irish.

I read both the Oglethorp and Hutchinson stories, and I have to say that Aidan's is the better written - by a country mile!

Good luck to both players, but I expect to see Aidan go 2-0 against ND.
