Webb: all systems go for Shea Patterson, other two may take longer
December 10th, 2017 at 5:43 PM ^
You didnt even wait 10 minutes before taking paywalled info and posting it here. Just an observation.
December 10th, 2017 at 5:45 PM ^
He summarized in a very short paragraph. It's really okay.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:18 PM ^
Yeah. Would have been nice for him to at least link to it.
December 10th, 2017 at 7:29 PM ^
Lol at the Rebel fan calling Shea a “Trader!!!” Are they against the exchanging of goods and services in Mississippi? I don’t understand
December 10th, 2017 at 7:37 PM ^
Ah the irony of a Rebel fan from the Deep South not knowing what a traitor is.
December 10th, 2017 at 7:52 PM ^
You beat me to it.
December 10th, 2017 at 8:07 PM ^
a secessionist. Southerners will just nod with approval.
December 10th, 2017 at 8:39 PM ^
Can't spell secession without SEC.
December 10th, 2017 at 9:40 PM ^
He's a "trader," all right.
Trading on up.
December 10th, 2017 at 10:31 PM ^
What about the guy from Mississippi calling the state of Michigan a shithole? That one gave me a chuckle.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:58 PM ^
That looks photo shopped.
December 10th, 2017 at 7:08 PM ^
100% legit. Same outfit Shea was wearing to the BB game and it's already been confirmed that the rubber duck tattoo belongs to the equipment manager
December 10th, 2017 at 7:10 PM ^
It was a joke
December 10th, 2017 at 7:13 PM ^
Is the rubber ducky on the hand photoshopped?
December 10th, 2017 at 7:29 PM ^
Actually, you get a rubber ducky tattoo in prison when you get your 11th and 12th confirmed kill!!!
December 10th, 2017 at 7:34 PM ^
Can you start your own thread at that point?

Hehe for a minute you sounded like my SEC buddies down here
December 10th, 2017 at 7:23 PM ^
My bad. I should have taken that into consideration. I can imagine you must be scarred from being surrounded by such stupidity.
December 10th, 2017 at 8:03 PM ^
I catch Hell every day for wearing my Michigan gear, but every now and again I get a GO BLUE from a random passerby...Michigan followers everywhere, I tell you
December 11th, 2017 at 7:05 AM ^
living in Lansing as a Wolverine fan has been.....fun and interesting, I get a ton of Go Blue shouts now, not as much during our Rich Rod or Hoke days, but Sparty hasn't been running their mouths at me as much. I haven't had one Sparty fan friend mention the transfers yet, because I think they know it's on now!
December 10th, 2017 at 7:06 PM ^
Holy crap that's Brandon Peters' actual helmet!
December 10th, 2017 at 8:57 PM ^
Can't be BP's helmet, where's the dent from that hit?
December 11th, 2017 at 12:00 AM ^
I never thought the maize part of the helmet looked like a mustache until seeing that photo.
What is it supposed to be? Horns?
Somebody please enlighten me
December 11th, 2017 at 12:57 AM ^
the design comes from the way the padding on leather helmets was stitched.
That being said, for some reason, the base part (not the three stripes) doesn't line up over the side stripes on the helmet Shea is wearing, which I think it normally does and thus looks more awkward and mustache-like.
December 11th, 2017 at 7:09 AM ^
this pic of Shea looks really thin in the helmet, I thought it looked different when I first saw it. almost like it's curved like the helmet is small
December 11th, 2017 at 11:15 AM ^
Is nobody going to talk about that rubber ducky hand tattoo?
December 10th, 2017 at 5:46 PM ^
What's the protocol - 12 minutes?
December 10th, 2017 at 5:47 PM ^
I'm following the guidelines. This isn't exactly earth shattering information, anyway.
Are you gonna have your lawyer serve Brian with a lawsuit, now?
December 10th, 2017 at 5:51 PM ^
Whoa there message board guy, no need to get casually defensive. Your passive agressiveness was enough, really.
December 10th, 2017 at 5:57 PM ^

December 10th, 2017 at 6:13 PM ^
You're the guy that was criticizing a perfectly nice summary first place, don't try to play the victim here.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:15 PM ^
Not only that, using the phrase "just an observation" when you're taking a shot at someone is passive aggressive as hell.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:17 PM ^
So it's ok when the Mods on here copy and paste what Sam or other insiders say in the recruiting roundups but it's not ok when a random poster summarizes what they say? Hmmm makes complete sense.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:22 PM ^
The guideline typically is to post a short synopsis and the link, just enough to start discussion for those who are not members of the site being referenced. In the past, a few posters have taken entire articles and posted them here with no citation, and that is not only dishonest, it steals revenue from the author and it has been cause to send a few people to Bolivia for doing it multiple times.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:31 PM ^
Wouldn't a summary of a paywalled article also steal revenue from the author? Knowing I can get a summary, I have no need to ever pay.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:48 PM ^
It could also work to drive traffic and create brand awareness. Maybe they will some people who want the whole story to subscribe.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:55 PM ^
of paywalled Wall Street Journal articles and the author gives the link. Happens in the real world all the time.
December 11th, 2017 at 12:09 AM ^
I thought this thread was going to be full of juicy Shea tidbits. I take a bite and it's nothing but more MgoEtiquette lectures. Pleh
December 10th, 2017 at 7:53 PM ^
Exactly. And it's not really feasible to prevent info from paywalled sites from making its way to this blog given the volume of content here and the fact that MGoBlog seeks to be a bit of a go-to resource for Michigan fans. That info will be out there regardless.
December 10th, 2017 at 7:54 PM ^
Especially if you follow Sam's twitter lol.

you don't fit the profile of their paying customers.
December 10th, 2017 at 7:27 PM ^
If I didn't pay for it yesterday, I'm probably not going to pay for it today.
December 10th, 2017 at 6:22 PM ^
We so often are what we don’t like about others.
December 10th, 2017 at 9:38 PM ^
So true! Screw all those intelligent, good looking, warm-hearted freaks!
December 10th, 2017 at 6:34 PM ^
the very definition of "passive aggressive"?
