Michigan basketball scalpers

I have season football tickets and have found for the majority of games we can usually pick up a couple extra for my kids extremely cheap at the gate from scalpers for $5-$20 for most games (outside of MSU & OSU). I'm curious if the basketball situation is the same? Are there usually quite a few scalpers selling outside Crisler? Also anyone know the situation for weekday games vs weekend games? Just looking at taking the kids for a couple games and we've found for football it's much cheaper right at the gate. Family of 6 so it usually saves alot!

It's nice to have those cheap tickets, but there should be more of them, and in better locations, considering the thousands of empty seats there will be for Alabama A&M and Jacksonville.

For some reason, UM doesn't have a very healthy, efficient secondary market for basketball. I guess people just don't bother trying to sel them in most cases.

Occasionally will see scalpels outside of the main gate on NE entrance, but it's definitely not as reliable as football. I'd monitor StubHub daily, or see if the athletic dept has tickets available. Basketball tickets are pretty reasonable compared to football.

for one of the upcoming non conference games.  Get a feel and do your own research. These games will not be sold out and you can always get tickets at box office cheap. or online.

My daughter and I regularly get solid tickets for less than $10 (fees included) from StubHub or SeatGeek. just watch it and be willing to wait until the last minute. If you use the code CollegeBB on SeatGeek you'll get $20 off your first buy (got that from Gary Parrish's podcast).
