I was grinning ear to ear while watching the first half. The final quarter was rough to watch and honestly reminded me of JOK scrambling behind our line with our receivers dropping the few throws that weren't off the mark. A couple of grounding calls, a pick six, and the game capped off with a 4th down unabated sack felt all to familiar.

Don't get me wrong, I think the kid can ball out and hope to hell he comes, but I think Speight and JOK would have been serviceable (all injuries aside) if the O-line and WR problems weren't as bad as they were.

Holy shit, I didn't think it was possible, but our Pass-Pro and WRs will actually be an upgrade.

He's certainly battle-tested for anything bad he'll see here at Michigan.

(Watching this video may be the first time I have ever openly rooted for Ole Miss.  It was an out of body experience.)

Now there saying seven players interested in Michigan. If one of them is Greg Little that solves the void at LT. Add Anderson and Van Jefferson and you have QB, LT, Safety and WR. All these guys will probably be in the nfl.

Michigan will be flat out loaded and a favorite for the playoffs. I could easily see them ranked #1 to start the season. Michigan's defense is going to be better than this years. We will miss Hurst but Solomon will be special also. More speed on defense.and a top fuel offense.

If Harbaugh pulls this off there will be a lot of pissed off people from other teams. You snooze you lose. Little is the game breaker. We will steam roll teams.

Even though he hasn't done that much in terms of numbers, he's blocked well and shown the ability to make plays.  He coukd really thrive with BP at the helm.

And every time one of the players in our secondary is asked who is the toughest receiver to cover, they mention Kekoa.

Double the respect and adulation of umbig11!  That's the way it works, right?  Even though in stark contrast to umbig11 I have no insider information, and my M.O. would be to make up crazy stuff and post it as facts?

Oh, that isn't how it works?  Well, nevermind then.  Here's a kitten, anxiously awaiting news on Shea Patterson.

Can we get a quick clarification please?

To what extent are the 7 interested & to what extent would we be "lucky" due to them actually being willing to come?

What I mean is--what's the limiting factor here?

Is it pure scholarship slots on our end? As in, we can cherry pick any of the 3 or 4 out of the 7 and they'd all come, but it's just up to us to decide how to do the roster management?

Or is it more "some are somewhat interested, but not solid w/ Michigan yet"?  As in, we'd be willing to bring in the whole lot, but it's likely half of them will end up wanting to do something else?

Or is it that they're all highly interested, we've got enough scholarships, but 2-3 of them might not be a "take" for us b/c we are already set at the position & don't want to burn a scholarship on overkill?

This seems to be the closet of the option you laid out.

Or is it more "some are somewhat interested, but not solid w/ Michigan yet"?  As in, we'd be willing to bring in the whole lot, but it's likely half of them will end up wanting to do something else?

QB Shea Patterson: take him

S Deontay Anderson: take him (we need safeties)

WR Van Jefferson: maybe take him (we are deep but young at WR; gives Patterson a known target)

OT Greg Little: take him (but he doesn't appear to be interested)

LB Breon Dixon (4 star recruit in 2017): sure why not

OT Bryce Mathews (4 star recruit in 2016): take him, huge need

TE Jacob Mathis (4 star recruit in 2016): no need

So from this list, I go with Patterson, Anderson, Mathews, and one of Little, Dixon, or Jefferson.

Who the fuck was running for their life this year. Make your drop back and deliver the ball. Most of Michigan's problems were on delayed blitzes. No Quarterback has a clean pocket everytime he drops back. Patterson moves very well and delivers the ball with accuracy outside of the pocket.

Everytime they blitz a linebacker the ball should be going to the TE or running back in the flat. Patterson will also take off and run if you bring your linebackers. There are so many ways to beat pressure. Patterson will be returnng the favor to osu as he will take off and run, but he can throw the ball also. Just in case so everyone knows, Jim Harbaugh knows what he is doing. He took over the play calling near the end of the year. Patterson's best throw is to the TE running a seam route. Teams are going to get sick of Michigan's TE's running straight down the middle of the field wide open.

Anyway's Michigan's line will be just fine. Have a feeling we may be getting a new LT from ole miss. Would'nt that be nice.

My best friend texted me almost 3 weeks ago and said he spoke face to face with Shea's Grandfather. He said keep your ears open for news about Shea Patterson involving Michigan.
