True freshman QB from Pitt looking pretty decent against Miami today. Any chance a Harbaugh-coached 5th year senior could maybe just approach that level of performance tomorrow?

I am stuck at the Orlando airport with the wife and kids since 9. Noon flight got cancelled so had to pick up a flight to Philly at 5 and then a transfer to Detroit which lands at 10ish. Makes for a long ass day for toddlers. Will be stuck watch games on my phone.

You would be sitting with me You could pick them up in person at Casey’s Tavern at 11am. If anyone is interested I will hold them for you. Don’t be wearing red.

Pitt sucks but they're taking it to Miami right now despite losing two fumbles.

Let's skip the resigned feelings about tomorrow and instead opt for blind homerism.

<sigh>

Just now saw the Miami score. Of course this just might happen. One team on a short list that OSU needs to lose to get back to the playoff. Miami still has time, but they needs two scores in the fourth.

Pitt can do this to Miami and we (myself included) are losing hope after an 8-3 season. Man this is really depressing we better win tomorrow

Miami still gets into the playoff if they beat Clemson next week, so this game today is pointless from that perspective. If they lose today, it removes their safety blanket -- the possibility that, if they lost a close game to Clemson as a 12-0 team, they might get the #4 spot anyway.  That was probably always a bit of a long shot.

Obviously, this DOES help UGa, OSU, USC, OU and TCU. If  Canes lose today, then the ACC loser is out for sure.  If Bama wins out, then all those could be the first 2-loss team to make the playoffs if any of them win out.

Pitt is doing it all on their own. I think Miami underestimated Pitt and this is what happens. Hopefully OSU does the same and Michigan steps up. Harbaugh  and the offense show us what they have saved all year for The Game .

I like how the Pitt players are aware and are staying in bounds to keep the clock going .

if they score a TD here, Game over for Miami .

Then if Miami beats Clemson both of them are out of the playoff picture .
