Braylon Edwards drops the ball again
Expected nothing less from good ol Braylon.
His take on John O'Korn.
Nothing like current players being bashed by guys who are supposed to have their backs. Khalid Hill took issue with it.
Wtf approved his scholarship and transfer????????

Aye delete this shit

He's just saying what we're all wondering
November 18th, 2017 at 5:35 PM ^
Besides, JOK had some drops. Plenty of blame to go around.
November 18th, 2017 at 5:42 PM ^
If JOK and the rest of the team want to avoid getting their feelings hurt they should probably stay off the internet for a while, because there are a lot worse things being said than what Braylon posted.

anything on the field of play.
Edwards glory years were more than a decade ago. His first team went 8-4 just like this team will.
November 18th, 2017 at 5:54 PM ^
Edwards is a Michigan great, and was on the last Michigan team to accomplish anything of significance. And as someone who loves the program, he's allowed to express his frustration, as we all are. No today wasn't all on JOK, but the fact is that this offense has no chance of scoring when he's in the game and he clearly can't play at the power 5 level, which makes you wonder what Harbaugh and co. saw in him to pursue his transfer.
November 18th, 2017 at 5:56 PM ^
Pretty sure winning a Sugar Bowl--the only major BCS bowl we hadn't won yet--in 2011 was significant.
It's in the same class as a Rose Bowl.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:26 PM ^
We got to the Sugar Bowl because of our brand name, not because of our accomplishments on the field. If we're being honest, it's pretty silly that we went to a better bowl than MSU that year.
And any way, I view winning the conference as far more important than winning some bowl game that is honestly meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Braylon was a major part of the last team to accomplish that, so as far as I'm concerned he can say what he wants.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:38 PM ^
You're the worst.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:46 PM ^
Maybe he’s Braylon?
November 18th, 2017 at 6:48 PM ^
Well, that's just, like, your opinion man
November 18th, 2017 at 7:00 PM ^
...than just his.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:07 PM ^
Just want to say, if I am ever in a bar with Khalid Hill, he will never buy a drink. He has been one of my favorites ever.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:10 PM ^
More credibility from him than Braylon Edwards on the internet.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:44 PM ^
I don’t know if he’ll want a drink or bamboo shoots, but the Panda is one of my faves as well.
November 18th, 2017 at 8:12 PM ^
Or Eats shoots and leaves?
November 18th, 2017 at 8:46 PM ^
He wears his number better than Braylon ever did.
November 18th, 2017 at 9:00 PM ^
I would love to drink with Hurst and Hill. both seem like good, funny guys.
November 19th, 2017 at 9:23 AM ^
He has better hands than Braylon ever did.
November 19th, 2017 at 12:19 AM ^
That was the last team we had that beat Ohio State. (OSU was down that year, but still)
Plus they won 11 games. They got a few breaks but they were a legit good team. Not great but pretty darned good.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:27 PM ^
major bowl? yes, same class as rose bowl? Lol, no.
November 18th, 2017 at 9:55 PM ^
Big ten championships are way more significant. The sugar bowl was a consolation prize, i think most michigan fans would have rather played in the conference title game.
November 18th, 2017 at 5:58 PM ^
They took his transfer because they saw no QBs on the roster, kind of like what we have now.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:05 PM ^
Same reason we took Rudock.
November 18th, 2017 at 8:36 PM ^
Until they fix the rest of the offensive issues (bad line, blown assignments, no receiver separation), how can you say there are no good QBs on the roster?
It’s like the Browns (exaggerating a bit obviously), not even a great QB would have been successful with this offense this year.
November 18th, 2017 at 9:56 PM ^
I'd rather we kept morris and used o'korns scholarship on an OT.
November 18th, 2017 at 5:59 PM ^
QBing. Secondly, ex players never, ever should call out players publicly.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:22 PM ^
So what? I know jackshit about QBing. But I have eyes and can see that JOK is not a power 5 QB. Outside of the one half against Purdue, we have about 6 games worth of just awful play from him.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:47 PM ^
But you’re an anonymous guy on the internet. Like you said yourself, Braylon is a Michigan great. You should say what you want; he shouldn’t.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:08 PM ^
call out a current player is for off the field antics. I agree they should not call out a third string QB for game performance.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:20 PM ^
Any real man or woman can and should be able to voice their opinion without giving a damn about what people think; and if people have a problem with what they say, that person accepts what comes with it. I'm pretty sure he doesn't give a damn about what anybody on this board thinks about him, or even current players.
November 19th, 2017 at 1:02 AM ^
And Braylon is a real man? Can a real man be an asshole with no class?
November 19th, 2017 at 9:27 AM ^
Sure, it’s a free country and anyone can say pretty much whatever he wants. But it is graceless and classless for an ex-player to dump on someone who is currently on the team and doing the best he can, which by the way would have looked a lot better than it did if a few passes that receivers got their hands on had been caught.
November 18th, 2017 at 8:43 PM ^
Wish I could upvote
November 18th, 2017 at 6:18 PM ^
Edwards can say what he wants, but he's been a pretty terrible "Michigan Man" since he left UM. Also, he was frequently in the Dog House when he was here. Also, didn't he drop the ball a few times in the Rose Bowl?
November 18th, 2017 at 6:20 PM ^
Well, there was that one total fluke where a badly thrown ball hit his heel in just the right place to pop up right into the hands of a USC player for a pick-six...
November 18th, 2017 at 11:46 PM ^
Except he totally gave up on that ball. Watch it again, his reaction is...weird.
November 18th, 2017 at 8:48 PM ^
He hasn’t really been someone I would be proud to associate with during his nfl career and after.
November 18th, 2017 at 10:34 PM ^
And I’ll add one. He have an interview where he ezplained why he’d be so much better than some outstanding WRs that had played at Michigan in the recent past.
If he doesn’t give any respect to UM WRs, both current players and alums, I don’t know why the rest of us should give him that respect. He was a great player, but a big dummy of the field.
November 19th, 2017 at 8:51 AM ^
I remember many drops when they played Oregon on the road. Before his senior year, he was known for drive killing drops.
November 18th, 2017 at 6:18 PM ^
Michigan great, he seems to be an even greater douche.
Simply no excuse for a former Michigan Football player to publicly throw a current one under the bus, especially considering that Braylon is currently employed by BTN.
November 18th, 2017 at 7:47 PM ^
Michigan great is a stretch. Jason Avant was better in my opinion. As far as I’m concerned, if he wasn’t on the 97 championship team., then he can shut the hell up.. He has always been a jackass. Now he’s just a retired jackass. Okorn has the same number of national championships as he does.
November 18th, 2017 at 8:41 PM ^
Seriously? Edwards is one of the three best WRs of the last 30 years to play for UM. The hate on him is hilarious.
Denard was a shitty thrower, but still the best QB since Brady and Griese, or at least since Henne. Talking about picking on a player, a bunch of righteous fans who pretend they never criticize the same player.
Braylon picked UM to win, so he’s mad and he writes something petty on social media. That pettiness has nothing to do with the fans’ pettiness Of pretending BR is not a UM great player.
November 18th, 2017 at 10:00 PM ^
Him hating on current players is hilarious..Desmond Howard, David Terrell, Anthony Carter, Mario Manningham, Jason Avant. Those would all be in front of him in my book. He has the numbers, but no hardware. He just needs to get off of the current players, shut up and watch. I️ come from the generation where Grown men don’t tweet. You have something to say, come up to Ann Arbor and say it to their face.
November 19th, 2017 at 12:06 AM ^
All of those players have a claim to being better than him except Avant. Avant was a great possession receiver, but he wasn't the kind of guy you'd build an offense around.
November 19th, 2017 at 12:31 AM ^
Jason Avant-types any day over a bunch of dysfunctional Braylon Edwards's.
November 19th, 2017 at 9:30 AM ^
Avant, I believe, had a longer and more productive professional career than Braylon also. Something about the importance of hanging onto the football, I would guess.
November 18th, 2017 at 8:41 PM ^
He should shut his pie hole.
He was a great player at M, and now he's an attention whore and his comments aren't helpful. Other critics aren't helpful either--but idiots on sofas drinking beer are expected to be internet bullies. He is showing his no class self. While he has the right, we have the right to call him out for being a jerk.
November 19th, 2017 at 1:26 AM ^
when suggesting that O’Korn wasn’t going to win two Heismens and be the first ovarrwll pick would get you negged.
