If they don’t make changes for Offensive coaches then i feel like we will be back to searching for a head coach in another 2 years. They are killing our QBs and our chances to win ballgames. The play calls and protections don’t need to be complicated.....

I think any coach that comes in deserves 5 years to get the players they want and get the program how they want it.  At 5 years it is their players across the board.  I think 5 years is very fair.   Then we can say ...... ok, well it isn't or is working.

Next year is Harbaugh’s last chance. If we have another 8-4 to 9-3 year where all the big games are losses, his ability to lead this team can legitimately be called into question.

Almost all of the starters are coming back next season, year three of Don Brown, Peters has another offseason under his belt, and Harbaugh’s first few highly touted classes are now going to be juniors or sophomores. Next year is legitimately no more excuses.

I know I’ll get negged but whatever. Plenty of programs have won much bigger than Harbaugh with less talented recruits in less time. I don’t even care that ND, MSU and OSU are all away next year. No. More. Excuses.

When he starts beating OSU and winning big games he can stay as long as he wants. He’s done neither of those things up to this point.

I didn’t say that if he goes 8-4 or 9-3 next year that he should be fired. Mostly because I don’t think Michigan can get anyone better. But if next year he goes 0-4 against OSU, 1-3 to MSU and drops some combination of ND, UW and PSU, he has every right to have his leadership of this program questioned.

He’s getting paid $9 million a year and in three years time, no big wins. No wins over OSU or good MSU teams. No Big Ten titles, much less a national title. There are guys getting paid half his salary that have more results to their name in less time than he has. That’s a problem.

Cue the folks saying it doesn’t matter how much he makes. I agree with everything you said.

You can tell the frustration is mounting. I’ve seen Khalid, Sean M., and G. Moore all react to random twitter “fan” posts after the game (well, Braylon for Lhalid). Haven’t seen that all year. I agree twitter is awful, but it seems like there’s more to the story. Coach has to get everyone back on track, shut out the noise, etc..

Not that I'm on board with firing Harbaugh (yet) but we did just miss out on Chip Kelly. Forget what you saw in the NFL. The dude was made for college football. Add his offense to an experienced Don Brown defense... I know, I know. "The last time we hired a non-Michigan man..." Guys, we need to get over the "only hiring Michigan men" concept. By doing that it limits our options severely. I know Rich Rod sucked, but Rich Rod is Rich Rod.  Btw I'm only saying this because you asked lol.

We have Indina, Rutgers and Maryland in our division.  That is three guaranteed wins every year.  We get at least one of the West division dogs every year.  Then throw in at least two non conferance cupcakes at home, and you are at six wins at an absolute minimum EVERY  YEAR.

We have not beaten a team with a winning record this year?  Hoke gave Harbaugh a totally stacked team and he finished in third place in the division last year.  People keep saying wait unil he gets his players.  Hell these are his players.

Another year of this and bring in someone else.

90% of this board thought Fisher was better than Harbaugh last year too. Look where they are with way less injuries and they were expected to go to the CFP. Michigan was always expected to go right around 9-3.

Are you talking about Jimbo Fisher who has 3 conference titles and a national championship in the seven years prior to this season? The guy who before this season has only one season under 10 wins (9-4 in 2011)? The same Jimbo Fisher who has never finished outside of the Top 25 in the AP until this season? The one who has only finshed worse than 2nd in the division once prior to this season? The one who is 5-2 in bowl games?

The one who in a span from 2012-2014 went 39-3 with one league loss?

Just stop if that is who you are talking about. It's not helping any argument you can bring.

In the next 3 to 4 years JH wins 2 to 3 B10 championships and maybe a NC will you then stop your complaining (as it will be 7 years at that point)?  He has been here 3 years!  Can you give him 5 to 7 to truly show what he can do.  I know people want instant gratification now-a-days ... but good grief.  JHs teams have not loss less than 8 games yet!
