BTNetwork

I'm a cord cutter.  I signed up with SlingTV and I do not have access to games that show on BTN.  This season, a lot of Michigan games have aired on BTN, which I am unable to watch.  This forces me to go to our local Buffalo Wild Wings (which I don't mind, mind you); but with two babies at home I feel bad leaving the nest to watch the game.

Anyone else frustrated by the increased amount of games on BTN?

If it does I don't know how to use it. Probably because I only watch football on it, which it's awesome for because of the ability to PiP 3 games. However it does let you rewind when you are watching live so maybe they have a DVR option.
The only down fall I have come across is that it does not have ABC yet. But I have a antenna to pick up local channels.

Vue has DVR. It's what we use. I picked up 3 of the 4K HDR Rokus when they were on sale and I've got one in each room with a TV. The Vue app was just updated on Roku too. You can't tell it's not cable. DVR is great too. Only drawback is if you aren't watching the program being DVRed, you have to wait until it's done to rewind/start from the beginning.

I used Vue for a year. Had DVR. I loved it. My only complaint was a really minor one but if you're on here during the game, there is a slight delay (enough to be a play behind sometimes or as few as 5 or 6 seconds) that can be annoying. I would see everyone freaking out on here and know what was going to happen on the next play.

Otherwise, great though.

Ah, the weekly cord cutting post.

Like it is that hard to google stream services and find one that has BTN - like Vue.

If Sling doesn't do it for ya, switch - isn't that the power of cord cutting?

I realized that, in my family of 4, I was the only one in the house that watched live TV, and most of that was sports. So I cut the cord too. I did research to make sure I got BTN. I went with YouTube TV a month ago and haven’t missed out on any pro or college sports. Cloud DVR is great too. Went from $240 a month to $85 a month.

I hate ESPN, but I have no choice but to watch during NCAA football season.

For me going to local sports bar is far more expensive with food and drinks than it is to pay for BTN, ESPN, NFL package, etc.

Is how much you spend on BWW < what you could have spent on PSVue rather than Sling?

Or. get a free trial of PSVue for a week. This should be the last BTN game.

no you don't need a PS.

I didn't bother with either service this year.

I'm a cord cutter too but I have DirectTVNow.  I've been able to watch every game this season including the ones on the Fox Business channel.  Just something to think about.
