Rutgers can still win the east

Submitted by Nobody Likes a… on

Over on r/CFB someone determined that it is still technically possible for Rutgers to win the. Given the utter remoteness of this I thought I would share it to provide for your Sunday evening entertainment.

Rutgers > PSU
Rutgers > Indiana
Rutgers > MSU
Maryland> MSU
MSU > OSU
Wisconsin > Michigan
Maryland > Michigan
Michigan > OSU
Illinis > OSU

Penn St. losing 2 of 3 vs. their remaining schedule of Rutgers, Nebraska, and at Maryland AND Staee losing to OSU and to either Maryland or Rutgers.

Since we lost to both MSU and PSU, they both hold the tiebreaker over us unless they lose 3 in conference and we win out. And other than staee losing to the Bucks, I don't foresee much help coming our way.

Rutgers is our best friend the rest of the season. If OSU beats MSU, we win out and Rutgers wins out we win the East. Easy peasy right?

Osu will roll the next two weeks and think their sweet again. Then they gonna get smacked in the mouth when they come to A2... got a good feeling.

I would be ecstatic if both UM and Rutgers win out, which means UM wins the east AND we get to ridicule state and psu for falling to Rutgers.

Depending on how old you get, I'll likely take the odds your pants get stinky again. Unless you are using depends, but I would count that as well (maybe that is how they got the name).

Life is a circle if you live long enough.

If Michigan doesn’t win the East, who would you want to win it other than Rutgers? State? PSU? Ohio?

I didn’t think so. Let’s go Cable! Or Red Knights! Wait . . . Scarlet? Are they Scarlet Knights? Yes? Ok, let’s go!

Or Michigan can just win this shit. Go Blue.
