Penn State Snowflakes: The Special Teams

I wish our punter could kick it further than he does.

Good game by them besides the missed ep and punter. The punter can never pin them deep. 

Ambry Thomas flashed some things.  Good work on the kickoff coverage unit.  Missed PAT sucks, obviously.  Punting is still pretty weak.  Return Jay Harbaugh to coach this unit when we hire Hart.  It was better last year.

You kick the ball farther! 

At least the punter never out kicks his coverage.

And it changes everything!!  Ok, maybe not.

Thomas had 2 good returns. We almost blocked a punt. Partridge did the best job of the group.

Kicking the ball? Fine.

Defending yards on kickoffs? Good.

Returning the ball? Encouaging improvement and confidence!

Punting? Short punts are really starting to get on my nerves. Especially on a team where field position is SO crucial.

 

Punt against us at a critical point kind of frustrated me. That was a big play at the time.

You’re a pussy or an apologist if you won’t start questioning/challenging Harbaugh and this staff.

Nordins range is totally useless when the offense can't get him into that range during entire halves.
