Guess the Score - win nothing

Submitted by BoFan on
I miss the official guess the score. I’d offer a prize again of a bottle of Harbaugh whole milk if someone wanted to claim it. 12-7 Michigan A defensive battle. Barkley escapes for a score. Quinn hits four field goals.

Defense is great, some nice moments from the run game, but redzone issues and missed down-field passing opportunities do us in. Desperately hoping I'm wrong...

JOK has got to step up and perform in order for us to beat those guys; I think we will need to score 24 to 27 points. Defensively, we will be good but it is going to be a hotly contested outing and I feel there will be breakdowns here and there. Just to be different, I'm going with 24-20 good guys.

I hate thinking and guessing this but with them having 2 weeks to prepare, this being a prime-time game in their house and with this being their white-out game of the year, I just don't see us pulling this one out.

Because a wider margin would allow me to ENJOY the day!

How I long for a result like the ‘97 game. Now THAT was fun to watch! A no-doubter. And it was even more enjoyable since I took my son to the game. We had such a great weekend in not-so-happy-for-them valley!

Crushing Florida 2x were big games, beating WI at the big house last year was a big game, crushing Penn State Last year was big. Beating State anytime is big.

We shit the bed vs Iowa, lost in a State choose your adventure dream win 3 years ago, lost in a monsoon this year and invited 3 locals to fuck us in Columbus last year, which they did.

We lost some games we shouldn't have, we lost some games we all wanted to win, but to say we have no big wins is silly.

We have two seasons in a row of 10+, We're 5-1 with the youngest team in America and have a legitimate shot in any game we play. Enjoy the season and stop writing revisionist history on "Big Games" we will win our share.

No doubt.

Local sports radio idiot said Michigan hasn't been close to winning a BigTen Championship, because "3rd place in the division."  Hey idiot, we beat BOTH teams in the BigTen Championship game including the Champion 49-10.  Not close?  You literally had refs in the Ohio State game that self-identified as Buckeye fans that didn't call pass interference the same.

21-10 PSU. Just don’t have the horses offensively to keep up in a game like this. Defense will play well but they’re going to be out on the field way too long.

Hope I’m wrong but we haven’t won a big game in years. I’ll believe it happens when I physically see it happen.

PSU

Close at the half, but turnovers on offense in second half put our D in bad position, and ST issues contribute to late PSU surge. Knuckleheads in Michigan fanbase start openly calling for Harbaugh's firing. MGoBlog is Seventh Level of Hell after game.
