I liked the '97 alternate throw back.

But yes, that's just the away jersey with the home pants. Which is fine...I like it for this game. I was actually thinking about it earlier and wondering if WD's prediction was going to come true.

I also like that we won't blend in with the white out. If O'Korn hits a bomb down the PSU sideline, I'm saying it's because of the maize paints against all of that white (and navy) backdrop.

Because what else could it be?

Like all the kids say around here, it’d be savage if the team did like the 49ers in 1994. They wore their throwbacks the entire year. The 1997 throwback the entire year with that old darker navy blue would be razor. That’s my line from Disturbing Behavior.

The school colors are maize and blue, not white and white.  Never liked the all white uniforms.

The obvious question... is this due to PSU wearing white, and the PSU stadium white-out, or are maize pants permanently returning?  Please, please, please coach Harbaugh: permanently return to the maize pants!

Great.

I love the white pants and I want them to remain in use, but in my ideal world the maize pants still get worn a time or two on the road. I'd even be ok with the the reverse arrangement so long as the white pants remain in the rotation. But this is the perfect night to pull them back out--2 and a half years since last worn on the road, so they're fresh; at a PSU white out; in a huge game.

Sounds good to me.

hey why not... shake things up a bit... cant really blame that approach at this point.

Maybe Jim saw Bo's interview where he shit on the white pants.

Go blue... always
