A NOTE ON DOWNLOADING GFYCATS

I've noticed a few comments about the low quality of some gifs when you download from the gfycat page. I think I found a workaround.

1. If you click any of the honorable mention links, you'll go right to the page you need. If you click on the gfycat embeds, they take you to a slightly different page, so you'll need to change the URL from gfycat.com/gifs/detail/[gif name] to gfycat.com/[gif name].

2. Click on the settings button in the lower right corner to bring up a number of options. This lets you set the quality of the gfycat, toy with the playback speed (highly recommended), play it in reverse, and download GIF versions. You'll want to hit "open large GIF format" because the small ones are of essentially unusable quality.

3. I haven't figured out a rhyme or reason to this, but sometimes that's all you need to do and sometimes that link just takes you back to the original gfycat. If the "open large GIF format" URL is thumbs.gfycat.com/[gif name]-max-14mb.gif, you're good to go.

4. The URL may just be gfycat.com/[gif name], however. If that's the case, simply copy and paste the gif name (the random three-word combination in the URL) and use the correct URL (thumbs.gfycat.com/[gif name]-max-14mb.gif) instead. Now you should be able to load the GIF, right-click, and save.

How many of our pass pro problems can be attributed to Kugler taking over the center position? It seems like we are getting beat pretty easily on passing downs even when we have numbers because guys aren't ID'ing the right people before the snap. Even Cole is having problems - you can see it in the Harbaugh catch gif. It seems like whoever is making those calls isn't getting it right most of the time.

Gotta be the Higdon run. Very rarely do we get to see a Michigan RB bust a long run for a touchdown like that. It seems to happen against us versus OSU almost every year, so it's a treat to see the good guys get one.

My favorite one is the Higdon Touchdown #2 (celebration replay)   They seem to have blocked this play perfectly and for a unit that has taken as much heat as they have this season, I'm sure that play felt real good.

Poggi and Mason are both better run blockers than Hill, IMO.

Hill gets the carries on the goal line, but Poggi will put you on your ass (see above for details).

How about we go with 7 OL, (+Runyan & Ruiz) then we get Poggi and Hurst as wingbacks lined up to O'Korn's left (who is under center). Then we put Hill behind O'Korn and we run that LSU/Les Miles or Chris Evans/Purdue quick pitch to the left.

I don't understand the snark behind #9.  There was a free rusher from the left immediately in O-Korns grill. He had no choice but to just get rid of the ball throwing to Higdon in the flat, which appears to be a checkdown route.  The other receivers made it to the sticks. DPJ ran a curl one yard in front of the marker and I assume his thinking was that he'd fight and fall forward for the extra yard.  His defender was standing in zone coverage right on the line to gain.

The snarky comment implies that the play design was to toss it to Higdon out wide without any blockers?  I doubt it.  Not understanding the criticism of the coaches here, other than calling a play were the line only blocked 3 of 4 pass rushers.

The Higdon Burrows play in honorable mentions might the best blocked play this year. Everyone in the front 7 is comprehensively blocked anf Kugler gets a nice 2 for one, giving Higdon a wall to run behind all the way out to the Safety. Indiana was playing it pretty aggressively too and we still made it look easy. Great blocks by Gentry and McKeon too, which is very encouraging to see.

Higdon touchdown #2 with the O line celebration.. For as much as the fanbase likes to criticize their shortcomings, I geninuely felt good for the guys up front seeing their reactions.  They deserve it, after all.. keep plowing away men

It's hard to tell if 91 and 74 on Indiana are slanting away from the hole or are they just getting their asses kicked.  A little of both?  What say you Xs and Os dudes?

A little of both.  It was a counter play - watch the FB and Higdon, they both slant left at the snap.  The entire defense followed them, which setup the OL in perfect position to wall them off.  Ulizio would have done well on that play!

Siiiiigh.  So painful to watch.  HIs anticipation of running a play he has held in his back pocket just to see it blown on a delay of game penalty!

The play looked to be excecuted pretty well and was going to go for a good chunk of yardage.  What a bummer that was!

Did I miss the Winovich and Hurst double belly rub gif?  Made me laugh during the game, Winovich running up next to Hurst doing the belly rub.

tight pass to the fifty.  He has potential. Can't we run him out of the pocket on roll more often. He seems to be more comfortable there than under center.

Accounting football advice, so I'm sure I do not know what I am talking about.

Crazy thing about that Higdon OT TD run: if Kugler goes the right way, the play is probably blocked perfectly again and might be a TD anyway.  That play is money.

on the game winner, I'm really shocked that they didn't call roughing the passer.  No, it wasn't, but that didn't stop them earlier.  Rashan looks like that crazy dude on the subway no one wants to sit next to or make eye contact with lol.  Too funny.

#6 - Successful Business Trip...  That play saw Gary finally get to the QB and share a sack with Hurst.  That Winovich hand shake was some sarcastic business!  Love it!!!
