God this offense is atrocious. It feels like they're gonna lose this game. I knew it'd be tight but JOK is just not any good. He's still staring down his first target. Is this the worst offense of the last 20 years? This sure feels as bad as Hoke's final year. I don't have the stomach to look up the numbers. Bright spot is our defense (ad nauseam) and Higdon.

It's been ten years, ten nail biting and downright ugly years.  Last week is almost forgivable; interstate rivalry, monsoon like conditions but how does this team collapse so dramatically against Indiana?  It wasn't just the penalties but we're up by 10 points with 7 minutes to go in the 4th quarter and turn the game into a Hoke like descent?  My goodness we knew the season would be rough but we're in year 3, knew we would be rebuilding and instead of an upward trajectory or progression, it's just not happening. 

As a wolverine my whole life, it's just hard to reconcile this whole thing.  Don Brown has been largely magical and while our defense struggled at timestoday , they kept us in the game (again).  Harbaugh seems to be checked out and I'm just not seeing progression and fire.  It's ok that they aren't "champions" but darn it play like you want to be.

16 penalties a new school record.  Sigh.

I know we're all thinking it: how scary does this year look if Don Brown wasn't here. Not that I'm overly optimistic regardless. How can we have no QB? I'm gonna keep asking because no one will answer the GD question.

I mean, 10/20 for 58 yards is an impressive achievement ... if you win the game in spite of that. As shitty as that stat line is, I still don't feel it outlines how bad some of those throws were. He has first target lock on syndrome bad. I can't believe they didn't give Peters a few reps this game. This is gonna be a nasty dirty 8-4 or 7-5 season. Rutgers is the only gimme left.
