O'Korn pulled down on MSU sideline

I haven't seen much discussion about this but I found it pretty ridiculous and representative of MSU.
As far as I can tell from the video, that MSU coach with the gatorade bottle throws O'Korn to the ground by the back of the jersey.
The only other explanation is that O'Korn has the greatest body control in the world and is one of the best floppers ever rivaled only by Lebron.
Also, #34 giving him a shove in the back as he is on the ground.
I hope this footage is sent to the league office.

Seemed like he was jerked back. Amazing flop if it was a flop.
October 8th, 2017 at 12:54 PM ^
cameras in the stadium and we have only one obstructed view ,!?
October 8th, 2017 at 4:41 PM ^
call our games anymore? Dude was mocking Okorn as he got mobbed by those hillbillies from EL
October 8th, 2017 at 5:36 PM ^
Right, he should never be allowed to voice his opinion like that during a game. You can just tell he was pissed that MSU was penalized there. Don't need that shit. We all know the faggot is an obsessed Michigan hater who got tomatoes threw at him because they kicked his ass so bad.
October 9th, 2017 at 11:41 AM ^
Hahahaha! You never attended even community college, tubbo, and you're here to talk about hillbillies? You lot are the trashiest "fans" who've never attended a single class at U of M.
Nice game. Every year we meet it gets sweeter and sweeter. NO ONE TUGGED YOUR FLOPPING BOY, son. You're a bunch of whiny white trash children.

judges to score this one

East German Judge is never around when you need him.

Refs missed a blatant roughing the passer a few plays before where O'Korn ripped the ref who was standing a few feet away. He new he could get a make up call sold it a bit.
October 8th, 2017 at 2:30 PM ^
The refs also missed a lot of holding and a hell of a lot of Pass Interference on the boys in green. They also missed Bush being hit in the face which makes it 5 of the last 7 years the reds have flagged a Michigan player for being hit in the face or shoved. Including two years ago when our LB (Bolden?) was tossed for the most absurd targeting call to date. The refs tend to miss a lot when Michigan plays, and I don’t think it is a coincidence.
October 8th, 2017 at 6:31 PM ^
They also missed the targeting by Bush.
October 8th, 2017 at 9:19 PM ^
for a blow to the helmet during the monsoon. The hit came during a weather update on TV that muted the sound, so I don't know how Herbie and Chris responded to the non-call. But it was a potential targeting flag that was missed.
The most egregious missed call of the night was the late hit and takedown of O'Korn in front of O'Neil. Blatant late hit and body slam. They don't let them get away with that at any level. How that was let go, regardless of timng during or after the play was over, the body slam alone should have been flagged.
I mean the Sparty sideline knew the call was missed because they immediately grabbed the perpetrator and took him out. It was Demetrius Cooper. But O'Korn did flop on the sideline throwing himself against a coach before actually getting pulled down by someone. I don't see how you can fake the jerked back fall he took without someone else being involved.
They'll probably send in the tape and get a simple explanation that O'Korn that it was a sllip and fall on the play.
October 9th, 2017 at 1:20 AM ^
Herbie and Fowler called the Bush hit a good hard hit, which was very odd. Apparently Dantonio is submitting it to be reviewed by the big ten
October 9th, 2017 at 7:43 AM ^
He shouldn't have hit Lewerke like that, but it wasn't targeting. He didn't hit him with the crown of his helmet, and Lewerke wasn't a defenseless player so the contact to the head and neck area part of the rule doesn't apply.
October 9th, 2017 at 11:42 AM ^
"He new"
You mean "HE KNEW?" That's how people spell when they're not busy at Walmart stocking up on Maize and Gold gear for a school you couldn't even get into. Learn to spell.
October 8th, 2017 at 12:54 PM ^
Who cares
October 8th, 2017 at 12:57 PM ^
Either his jersey was pulled or someone was stepping on it as he got up, no way was that a flop. Might have been a player behind the sidelines staff
October 8th, 2017 at 1:27 PM ^
Yeah, watch his jersey and his shoulder pads. They are yanked backwards.
You can fake falling backwards yourself, but you can't fake your jersey getting yanked backwards.
Somebody had to do that.
October 8th, 2017 at 3:27 PM ^
No doubt about it. At first I thought it was weird too and wondered if it was a flop or if he just slipped, but in this video you can very clearly see his jersey/bads yanked to the right before he falls. Fucking classless hooligans.
October 9th, 2017 at 11:43 AM ^
You're an imbecile.
IT WAS A VERIFIED FLOP.
Nice game, children. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
October 9th, 2017 at 11:45 AM ^
Yeah, HE DID IT dumbass.
Hahahahahahah!!! Nice game. Always entertaing when you guys learn each year you're not elite.
October 8th, 2017 at 5:29 PM ^
yep. btn's got it. watch O'Korn's head go back, front of jersey tighten, and letters on back of jersey get pulled down. MSU sideline guilty of cheap shot seen round the world...probably trying to attract those 1-star recruits they like so much.
October 8th, 2017 at 12:57 PM ^
If that was flopping, that's talent. I would keep that in reserve if I were O'Korn.
From where I was, that looked like an intentional shove to the ground. Granted, I didn't have the best view of the MSU sideline, but that's what it seemed like to me.
October 8th, 2017 at 12:59 PM ^
Bush also had a clear targeting helmet to helmet hit on Lewerke that wasn't called. Stop blaming the refs, they didn't decide this game.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:01 PM ^
O’Neil is still a lump of shit
October 8th, 2017 at 1:02 PM ^
I'm not sure where I blamed the refs for anything?
I just wanted to point out the mentality of the MSU coaching staff and if the roles had been reversed I would hope that Harbaugh would not allow that type of behavior from his staff.
October 9th, 2017 at 11:43 AM ^
Your boy flopped. Live with it, dickless.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:08 PM ^
Did you see Allen "go down" to give them time to review that after he looked to the sideline? Yeah.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:15 PM ^
I agree 100% the refs have as little blame as anyone. Why would hat have been targeting. The ball carrier was in bounds, not defenseless and I don't think Bush led with the crown. Seemed like a clean play.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:34 PM ^
Not defenseless. but you can make a case for helmet to helmet leading with the crown.
October 8th, 2017 at 2:45 PM ^
I was there. We turned it over a lot but the holding call on the wide open TD was completely fucked. Then for some reason the took away the Grant Perry TD. The reffing was fucking horrible.
October 8th, 2017 at 9:12 PM ^
weak. It was a block and then he grabbed the guy's shirt and let go and the defender had no chance to make a play on O'Korn.
I will tell you that officials are more likely to flag subtle things than blatant ones because they look for intent and if you blatantly hold and the play is away from the hold, most times it won't be called. However, last night Michigan did get a holding call on the opposite side of the field where the play occurred. The side judge called it. That is why that late hold was called on Sparty. That wasn't a blatant one, but it was apparently enough to get a flag.
It's just impossible to know what will get called and what won't, regardlessa of any booth explanation where they insist that if a blockers hands are seen reaching and they are outside the frame of their body with the defender trying to get away, the call is always made.
I saw that happen several times in the Panthers-Lions game without a call, even though there were a ton of penalties flagged in that game.
October 8th, 2017 at 3:35 PM ^
He needs to watch it. He is going to hurt someone or himself!
October 8th, 2017 at 1:01 PM ^
The late hit in the play before was even more obvious and egregious. We should have had a free 1st down off of that instead of another desperate INT.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:02 PM ^
Very hard to tell from the video. But if that was a flop, it was the greatest one ever. I don't know how he could have possibly fallen like that without being pulled.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:04 PM ^
My thought was that it was wet and he slipped. As you do when the ground is wet. But I guess if I'm looking for something to be upset about I can think he was dragged down by a trainer or something. But my best guess is someone tried to help him up but he slipped and fell back in the direction of someone helping him up while they tugged at his pads.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:15 PM ^
he fell? That's bullshit. There was a sudden movement by the blond hair guy and O'Korn went flying backwards after appearing perfectly stable before that. I think the guy was pissed because O'Korn hit the coach in front.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:06 PM ^
Trying to get up and tripping over himself again.
Yep, just about sums up the night.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:08 PM ^
but he deserved it after they ignored JOK being body slammed right before
October 8th, 2017 at 1:13 PM ^
The blond hair guy clearly grabbed him and yanked him back. The ref was right there and threw the fucking flag. Look at the body movements.
O'Korn may be able to do an awesome reverse back flip but it didn't happen there.
Not sure how that dude doesn't get ejected.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:17 PM ^
Kirk Herbstreit! He should not be allowed to announce our games!
October 8th, 2017 at 1:18 PM ^
Looks like it was the dude with the buzz cut that puts both hands up after JOK goes down. Not 100% sure but it doesn't look like he gets grabbed there from the right side of the shot.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:24 PM ^
the magic loogie from seinfeld! "there must have been a second spitter!"
October 8th, 2017 at 1:30 PM ^
Penalty was on sideline player #34 for clubbing Okorn before he slips.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:44 PM ^
no doubt the guy pulled him down. Somebody should name the guy and he should be suspended by the league and MSU (good luck with that). He shouldn’t get away with that. It’s not whining to point that out.
October 8th, 2017 at 1:51 PM ^
Man, this game was ugly. And we knew it would be.
October 8th, 2017 at 2:00 PM ^
O'Korn wrecklessly barelled into the MSU bench and semi-cleated the one coach, I think intentionally. Gatorade bottle coach took exception and pulled him down. I'm not justifying the coach's response, I'm just telling you what happened.
October 8th, 2017 at 2:08 PM ^
Looked to me (and not just because I'm a U-M fan) like O'Korn lost his footing and fell into the sideline. Didn't look intentional.
October 8th, 2017 at 2:12 PM ^
This is exactly what happens. Clearly the MSU bench took exception as evidenced by #34 taking a little shot at O'Korn before he was yanked from behind.
October 8th, 2017 at 2:13 PM ^
sidelines right?
So you think OKorn while running decided to do a somersault and cleat the coach? The guy has amazing talent or you are full of shit.
