This will be the repository for your thoughts and hot takes on the special teams in our game versus Michigan State.

DPJ is a talented true freshman. Who also happens to be a starting WR. And might be the #1 WR, depending on who you ask.

Peppers is a crazy genius football savant, who could somehow do damn near everything at high level and needed - by all reports - less than 10 minutes to internalize coaching concepts.

DPJ will be awesome. But to penalize him for not being Jabrill Peppers...is harsh

Set up our one TD with good KO coverage, followed by a good punt.  Otherwise a very quiet night.  Wish we could have gotten one of the punts we almost blocked but it was one of those nights, bounce wise.

Just to give Nordin a chance to win the game. Nordin has been a stud this season.  Given that the offense has struggled to move the ball all night long, asking them to score a TD to win the game is a bit much to ask for. You have an elite defense and I'd trust them to get the team into good position to win the game on OT.

Well we missed out on the 50/50 muff. I thought we got good pressure on the punts and almost blocked one, without having a running or roughing call. Wasn’t a fan of Ambry returning kicks out of the endzone.

Only areas to improve:

1. Punting was mediocre. It wasn’t terrible but a couple of times we had chances to make MSU field position worse and it seemed we couldn’t get the ball closer to the goal line.

2. DPJ really can make some plays but seems a bit unnerved at times. I find myself feeling anxious every time he’s about to receive a punt. Never felt that with Peppers

DPJ is freshman; give him a break.  Really, he and Nordin outplayed MSU's ST's equivalents, and, it's not even close.  Heap the blame elsewhere.  I'll call punting a draw.

Not too much to say. No big problems really, I’m not gonna worry about punts due to those winds, and kicking was fine.

DPJ needs to be our full time return guy. Kekoa Crawford looked weak on kick returns today. He was hesitant and soft.

Yeah, problems are really just offense-based.
