Boooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

I'm not losing any sleep over this. If he flips he flips. We will get a different kid who is also good. Maybe flip someone committed to a lesser program who blew up his senior year. These early commitments are so tenuous. Harbaugh will be just fine.

When one considers the OL situation next year--and especially the situation at OT--one is rightly sobered by this loss.
It's actually pretty important to hit on a few big-time OTs. We've not had much OT luck of late.
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:37 PM ^
Either center or guard not tackle
October 3rd, 2017 at 8:13 PM ^
And any big fat guy can play guard
October 3rd, 2017 at 8:40 PM ^
i have a chance?
October 3rd, 2017 at 7:03 PM ^
Well that’s a relief... considering Ekiyor is slotted as a C/G at Michigan.
October 3rd, 2017 at 7:17 PM ^
What the hell does this kid have to do with the situation at takckle next year? Next year we will probably have Newsome back and will need to fill one spot from the 3 freshman tackles we have now in Stueber, Filiaga, and Hudson. We get lineman with similar rankins to Ekiyor all the time, plenty are busts, some work out but almost never as freshman.
October 4th, 2017 at 1:10 AM ^
Newsome is ever going to be a viable starter again.
October 4th, 2017 at 9:23 AM ^
Well... except a lot of the talk is that Filiaga will be an interior guy...
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:21 PM ^
The longer the OL struggles, the easier it will be to negative recruit against Michigan especially when you're going up against a team that puts all of its linemen in the NFL. Some teams have no problem recruiting lower rated linemen and turning them into productive players. It never seems to happen here.
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:29 PM ^
Bama still gets qb recruits
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:30 PM ^
This. We need tackles now. Part of the OL struggles is that we haven't recruited enough linemen and the ones that we have outside of Bredeson/Onwenu have been 2/3 stars like Ulizio. You trot out 5 OL every year which is the biggest position on the team.
October 3rd, 2017 at 7:04 PM ^
Good thing Ekiyor isn’t a tackle then. Whew.
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:31 PM ^
Frey's deal? At least at Indiana it was. Let's see what happens with guys like Steuber and Honigford.
October 3rd, 2017 at 10:58 PM ^
Steuber and Honingford are growers. Not show-ers man. Gonna take a few years to put on the mass and strength.

The center for the Detroit Lions calls bullshit. Walk On
October 3rd, 2017 at 8:05 PM ^
I am...he's damn good and we need depth on the interior moving forward. But that's part of crootin'.

Hot take: Ron Swanson is my least favorite character on that show.
October 3rd, 2017 at 5:53 PM ^
More like a bad take.
October 3rd, 2017 at 5:59 PM ^
Best character on the show! Or maybe Andy!

Wow I didn't realize he was such a fan favorite. My bad. Leslie is far and away my favorite (and possibly top 5 favorite tv character all time).
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:19 PM ^
Best character goes to Howard "The Douche" Tuttleman.
October 4th, 2017 at 3:48 AM ^
You are a strange person. Ron Swanson is a great original character while Leslie was a shitty Michael Scott knock off. I quit during season 1 because of how shitty a character she was. I pushed through on friends suggestions.
Ron, Tom and Andy were the best of the main characters.
Jean-Ralphio is my favorite character scene for scene.
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:34 PM ^
Hotter take: That show was awful, and only awful people enjoyed it.
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:45 PM ^
Coldest but most realistic take: you are either a troll or a piece of human garbage, most likely both.
October 3rd, 2017 at 7:35 PM ^
Meh, it's like a bad version of The Office. It's one of the few shoes I've streamed that I never bothered finishing. It has it's moments but overall it's mediocre.

who work in actual quasi-municipality p&r.

He looks like he is mid 40s and soft.

Today on WTKA, that it could be the after glow from his visit to Bama, that he just went on. His plan was to visit Michigan with his whole family, and that if that visit doesn't happen, the flip rumors are for real. Sam isn't sweating it, so let's wait and see.

wasn't his whole family coming up for the MSU game or was it OSU?
Either way, it would be a lot easier for his family to make it to AA from Indiana than to Alabama.
Again, he wants to go to Michigan. He is seeing how Bama stacks up. I'm waiting to hit the panic button.
October 3rd, 2017 at 9:31 PM ^
Major concerns for Ekiyor on his visit when Saban could not remember how to get to the stadium. Emil do you really want to play for a coach who is four times older than you or one who coaches at the number one public university and coached in the super bowl. Ann Arbor is just a little bit better than Tuscolusa frickin alabama. Are you kidding me?.
Alabama is for southern players who do not do well on there s.a.t.'s. I actually think Emil is better than that and I sure hope his parents are. We shall see.
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:27 PM ^
that our emotions swing so much on Sam's bodily functions (his sweating, gut feelings, etc.). I'm scared.
October 3rd, 2017 at 5:54 PM ^
I don't know about y'all, but it's good to have had a day to begin coping with this eventuality.

Does he project to center at the next level?
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:10 PM ^
most likely OG. Center a possibility

The future of our OL is looking grim
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:17 PM ^
Uh, do you remember last year's class? And 2019/2020 with the Hintons coming to Ann Arbor?
October 3rd, 2017 at 6:38 PM ^
They’re top flight kids from GA. Its going to be a fight down the stretch especially against a rejuvenated UGA.
October 3rd, 2017 at 8:36 PM ^
The Hintons aren't going anywhere.
