October 2nd, 2017 at 5:45 PM ^
It's really hard not to read it as "REE-TOO-PEKT"
October 2nd, 2017 at 5:57 PM ^
When I read it out loud. Rethpekt
October 2nd, 2017 at 5:58 PM ^
In some circles, they call that getting Holtzed.
October 2nd, 2017 at 6:47 PM ^
sounds like a muscle-building nutritional additive.
October 3rd, 2017 at 5:36 AM ^
I guess I'm too old to see the
"Cool" or relevance of that.
Does the #2 mean twice something?
Wouldn't a 5 be a better S ?
Still drinking my morning coffee,
Maybe I'll understand it later.

Get off my lawn!
I agree 100%

I'll say it: I don't understand these RE2PECT shirts. Particularly the RE2PECT IS EARNED thing. Hell, it isn't even the correct 2, if they're going for Woodson... You'd think one of the most storied programs in college athletics wouldn't need this crap.
October 2nd, 2017 at 6:41 PM ^
I think it’s pretty clear they’re going for #2 Jeter as he used the Re2pect thing in his retirement tour year. I agree it’s a bit muddled being cross sports and just confusing to read but I think it’s cool were associated with Jeter (though I am by no means a Yankees fan).
October 3rd, 2017 at 10:01 AM ^
Since Jetter may have some long ago relationship with Michigan and he is a Nike guy, but we also have Woodson...
I don't get it.
October 2nd, 2017 at 6:44 PM ^
looks very Brandonish to me. On top of being unpronounceable without sounding like a fool.
October 3rd, 2017 at 5:33 AM ^
maybe the team just gets a pretty cool T-shirt. Man, people are just bashing Nike and Jumpman just to do it now. Getting pretty silly.
October 3rd, 2017 at 7:53 AM ^
what is cool about re2pect? lol.
October 2nd, 2017 at 5:54 PM ^
Good, I was wondering about this.
October 2nd, 2017 at 6:46 PM ^
whereas the "s" in "Respect" and "two" don't.
It's a complete language fail that's worthy of MSU.
October 2nd, 2017 at 6:22 PM ^
Thi2 2hirt i2 really fucking 2tupid and make2 ab2olutely no 2en2e what2oever.
October 2nd, 2017 at 6:21 PM ^
isn't a 2 more of a Z than an S?
REZPECT, bitches!
October 2nd, 2017 at 7:17 PM ^
We've got this long, beautiful tradition; we don't need to invent numbnutz stuff from whole cloth. Quality control Jim, please.
October 2nd, 2017 at 7:41 PM ^
Tradition that doesn’t evolve, dies.
October 3rd, 2017 at 10:28 AM ^
Some die with respect others with Re2pect. Choose your path grasshopper

Do you guys really complain about everything. It’s a T-shirt. Just a T-shirt. Haven’t you ever bought a T-shirt and enjoyed throwing it on? It’s nothing more than that. Christ!
October 2nd, 2017 at 8:00 PM ^
Fuck it. Michigan wins Saturday I will buy one.
October 2nd, 2017 at 8:04 PM ^
Seems like an unnecessary money grab by Jeter and Jordan, two guys who don't need the money, and have both made a TON of money off their name. Why not use this line and donate the proceeds to a worthy cause? Capitalism, Merica, etc. I get it. But I'm also not giving away money to two guys who don't need it for a misspelled shirt.
October 2nd, 2017 at 8:24 PM ^
Need a disrespect version for Sparty...tears version
October 3rd, 2017 at 2:04 AM ^
If you removed everything between the Jumpman logo and the block M, I might actually wear this.
October 3rd, 2017 at 9:03 AM ^
I'd rather have Derek Jeter support Michigan than not support Michigan, I suppose, but I still don't get the point of a Jeter/Michigan crossover shirt.
