Guess I'll watch Washington/Colorado
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:39 PM ^
Should be a bloodbath. Iowa is going to come out like gangbusters following the close loss to PSU. MSU will feel the pain.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:47 PM ^
I can see Iowa coming out emotionally flat. These thrillers have a tendency to deflate teams the next week.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:58 PM ^
a lot of times you come out flat after a big game. I hope they're angry and tear them a new one.
September 24th, 2017 at 1:47 AM ^
The idea that a team will be extra pissed off after a close loss tends to be wishful thinking on fans' part.
Though MSU may also be emotionally down after getting pantsed at home.
September 24th, 2017 at 1:55 AM ^
Not so sure. Iowas gonna be down after that heartbreaking loss. It just depends on how prepared Iowa is. Regardless i think we should beat MSU no problem
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:39 PM ^
Sparty trying to lose with dignity again.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:43 PM ^
....and with character guys!
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:40 PM ^
Good game in Colorado
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:41 PM ^
So much dignity!
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:41 PM ^
Back to irrelevancy for you
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:41 PM ^
Lol going for 2 to make it a 20 point game? Such a stupid asshole.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:44 PM ^
But seriously, why not run a play since it really doesn't matter?! Practice a play from the 2 yardline.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:52 PM ^
Team usually have a couple of favorite 2 point plays. Not a good idea to put one on tape for no reason.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:42 PM ^
I've got Stanford/UCLA and Washington/Colorado up.
Oregon/Arizona St. seems like a decent game as well.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:44 PM ^
Bring Penn State on.
Bring. Them. On.
We can beat them so easily.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:56 PM ^
We gone kill Pedo State

Interesting garbage time conversation (thank you Sparty) by Klatt and Gus. Who's the 4 best teams? Alabama and then who?
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:51 PM ^
Clearly Clemson. That's not up for debate, IMO. Bama and Clemson are clearly the top 2.
But PSU and Oklahoma would be behind them, IMO. USC would be 5th.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:46 PM ^
And that's why you get Lewerke out of there dummies
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:48 PM ^
Classic Sparty. Outgain opponent, lose by 20, go for 2 for no giving reason.
Edit: GG Mork, just take a knee.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:47 PM ^
The top 3 are pretty clear right now, but don't think anybody can point to anybody who is clearly 4 at this point
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:47 PM ^
Dantonio leaving his starting QB and almost got him hurt.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:48 PM ^
How they call a penalty on a rush end that was thrown down by the LT into his leg IDK?
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:49 PM ^
Why does Dantonio still have his starters in?
I almost wish someone would get hurt for him being an idiot, but I'd never wish that on anyone, and it's not their fault their coach is a moron.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:50 PM ^
Almost lost his QB on that low hit
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:50 PM ^
Mork needs some damn sleep
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:53 PM ^
Defeated with Dignity.
MD is an asshat.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:55 PM ^
Hello Holly Sonders.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:56 PM ^
Is Colorado good?
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:57 PM ^
Stanford. Too bad Harbaugh couldn't swing hm our way. He seems to have a live arm although a little wild.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:59 PM ^
Washington got some feisty WRs. They fight for every ball.
September 23rd, 2017 at 11:59 PM ^

while losing your QB will do that. I feel kind of sorry for their fans. So much expectation coming in and now reduced to hoping to be bowl eligible.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:07 AM ^
Oklahoma's convincing road win over OSU is better than PSU barely escaping Iowa
September 24th, 2017 at 12:12 AM ^
Baylor who lost to Liberty and whatever UTSA is, both at home.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:14 AM ^
OU went into Columbus and dominated that game, that rarely, if ever happens. Every team has a game they overlook and don't show up for, Baylor was probally OU's no show game.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:20 AM ^
I think Alabama and Clemson are clear 1 & 2 and I think everyone else 3-9 could be interchangeable. OU was clearly better than Ohio State, but I wonder how OU would perform against a real defense.
September 24th, 2017 at 1:27 AM ^
The University of Texas at San Antonio is no longer a commuter school. And, no, it's not just filled with people who couldn't get into UT. It's also filled with people who couldn't get into TAMU.
But, they're the Roadrunners, so they've got that going for them.
PS: Texas (Austin), UTEP (El Paso) , UTSA, UT-Rio Grande Valley (Edinburg/Brownsville/etc -- formerly UT-Pan American + UT-Brownsville), UT Arlington, UT Dallas, UT Tyler, and UT Permian Basin (Odessa). The more you know. ;)
September 24th, 2017 at 12:13 AM ^
Because I had them higher in the 1st place and this didn't do anything to change that for me.
They're interchangable in my mind, but I like both better than USC right now.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:37 AM ^
USC is overrated this year.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:58 AM ^
I mean mayb but we struggled with purdue, oklahoma barely beat winless baylor, PSU beat iowa with one play. You can make the case that everyone in the top 10 is overated other than Bama and Clemson. Clemson play va tech next week so will see how good clemson is
September 24th, 2017 at 12:03 AM ^
I would never, ever, ever wish for a player to get injured, but there would have been a certain fitting irony if Dantonio's petty "hurry up offense with the starters in down 20 with a minute left to make the score look better" bullshit had resulted in Lewerke tearing his ACL again on that low sack.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:25 AM ^
i believe Lewerke broke his leg, not tore his ACL. your point stands though
September 24th, 2017 at 12:15 AM ^
stanford back up qb just got drilled going head first into the end zone. lucky he is able to stand up.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:17 AM ^
That's the kid Harbaugh was recruiting along with Peters, I believe. KJ Costello.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:30 AM ^
Wasn't he the one that wanted to commit, but Hoke told his to wait?
September 24th, 2017 at 1:23 AM ^
Yup, still fucking us over...
September 24th, 2017 at 12:16 AM ^
Alright...time to rewatch that 2nd half of the Michigan game. See if I can pick up anything.
Sidenote, did anyone else think Peters' pass was a little slow (low velocity)? Seemed to take forever to get there. But it's just 1 ball.
September 24th, 2017 at 12:37 AM ^
and got the first down!!! WOO HOO!!
