Jourdan Lewis gets first career NFL interception

Submitted by Blue in Paradise on

Jourdan Lewis just made a nice play for his first NFL interception in his first game for the Cowboys (he was hurt last week).  It was a big play as the Cowboys are trailing 35-10 against the Broncos.

It's interesting really - in the NFL, the door opens for him with the perfect storm of Peyton Manning retiring and Brock Osweiler moving on to the Texans, and then went on to outperform by QBR the Peyton-Osweiler platoon.

He didn't actually start very many games at Northwestern, but going back through the numbers, he earned the title of Northwestern's Unstoppable Throw God all the same.

Good on JD!

Also, unrelated, but I just now realized this after a friend mentioned it on facebook... I pointed it out to my girlfriend and she was like "OMG, you're right!' but...

Does anyone else think Ezekiel Elliott looks like an Ewok?
