another targeting call where the offensive player lowers his head to the level of the defender and is awarded with 15 yards.

Dalvin Cook reached for the ball after dropping it while the LB was coming up to make the tackle.

awful, horrible, no good call.

I keep seeing LAC as the new abbreviation for the Chargers and thinking that the Clippers are playing tonight. I guess the only difference is that the Clippers have a chance at filling the stubhub center. Timely sponsorship though, no one is paying face to go watch a bad team play in Carson

Not sure about always...but I know they have for the past 4-5 years.

I feel like it coincided with the HUGE NFL contract ESPN signed.

The contract where they're required to have x amount of NFL related programming and hours devoted to the NFL per day and per week. ESPN is basically NFL Network on Monday's even shows like ATH, PTI, and Russillo are required to lead off and incorporate NFL programming on Monday.

Anyway...tangent alert - I hate that contract because it ruined Monday's for college football fans on ESPN.

I love Charles Woodson...favorite player all time.

Watching him on ESPN is like watching Jordan struggling to dunk in a Wizard's uniform.

Moss isn't any better. Oof.

Both these coaches are such pussies.  Punting from the 39?  Running the football with one minute left?  What a joke.

I think Beth is pretty good. Have enjoyed the college games she's done for ESPN. Rex, on the hand, may be the worst I've ever heard in the booth. He's, literally, unlistenable. The game is muted, I'd rather listen to the dogs chewing their bones than another word from Big Rexy

There are some things I will never understand about football.  A team allowing a field goal block right up the middle is one of them.
