I started running the play back and forth because my initial reaction was that it looked dirty and I wanted to make sure. My wife walked in and the first thing she said was the play was BS. If it was clear to my wife that the asshole from Alabama was purposely trying to hit his lower legs, that's pretty bad. I would hope the SEC suspends him a few games but that is not going to happen.

QBs I've ever seen in college. When he didn't get up last night I knew it was bad. Hopefully when he returns next year FSU has a better offensive line to protect him.

Terrible news.

The kid is tough as nails, but it was just a matter of time before that weak OL got him killed.

Hope he has a quick and speedy recovery. Meanwhile, Clemson now looks like the favorite in the ACC.

Not sure if you meant it this way or not, but Françoise is the feminine version of François. I'd suggest an edit.

This kid is tough as nails for all he's been through and the way he's kept fighting. Hoping for a fast and full recovery for him.

Frankly, I think a lot of that is on the FSU staff. He's taken a lot of huge hits, due to poor OL play, yet somehow the staff loves sending everyone downfield on seven step drops with no TE or RB help for the tackles. Taco was picking QB out of his teeth all orange bowl long. It was going to happen eventually. Hope he has a full recovery and gets some protection when he comes back.

Sucks for the kid, you knew it was bad when he went down so violently straight onto both of his knees. It didnt help that both of his knee pads were pulled up to above the knee, you never know if them being down would have helped soften the blow or not at this point.

Sucks for FSU and their seniors, but they have two backups who are capable, one the proven steady hand, the other the flashy underclassmen who was a wow recruit. I just hope they can do something this year from here on out

Honestly, I have no idea what went through the FSU leaderships mind when they scheduled that game. They have everything to lose and nothing to gain from playing the top team in the country. They could fall backwards into the playoff on cruise control in the ACC, why make things harder on yourself? Winning doesn't get you in, not losing does. I remember funny teams like USF, Mizzou, and Kansas being #2 in the country just because they are the last power 5 teams without a loss. Playing bama just risks injury.
