we had a long-standing keeper League that fell apart due to turnover and an inability to find a fair solution to replace keeper teams. how did you implement expansion?

First time with football.  Did it with baseball and allowed the expansion teams to take one more keeper than the other teams after they had protected their players.  The expansion teams were around mid pack the first year.

It's not easy. I got invited into a 14-team keeper league alongside another new manager, and we both got screwed. No expansion draft, 12 teams with 4 keepers each already off the board, the whole deal. It was awful. Nothing we could do. 2 years in the league and my team has won like 4 games. The other new guy just bailed, think this is my last year.

Moral: Invite people into your league, but don't make it so they're wasting their time.
