OSU RS SR starting DT Michael Hill suspended indefinitely

Submitted by corundum on
Early signs are pointing to allegedly smoking the pots. Will be interesting to see how long of a suspension he serves. He started all 13 games last season and was expected to at the very least split time with Tracy Sprinkle this coming season.

Their defensive line is still better than any of the defensive lines that won Super Bowl, conference championship and most division winners in the NFL since the merger.

Presidential assasinations or crimes that the suspect/player will be placed in jail w/out parole. If for any reason he may have been bailed before Michigan game he will become instantly eligible for play. Non-Starters need to speak directly to coach Meyer.

If its pot, is he a repeat offender? If not, I can't imagine him being suspended for more than one game, as that's the treatment Bosa and a few other guys got two years ago. If he's a repeat offender, then not sure what Meyer would opt to do.

One arrest.

Tracy Sprinkle was arrested during a fight in 2014. After Tracy Sprinkle was transferred from the cop car, the officers found a bag of cocaine stuffed into the car seat, which earned him a charge of drug possession.

The charges were later dropped when the urine sample Sprinkle provided during the arrest came back negative for cocaine. The end result of the arrest was a no contest plea to misdemeanor "failure to comply." I don't know if there was ever a clear, direct evidence that the cocaine was Sprinkle's and not a previous occupant of that cop car, but the urine sample cleared him from actual usage.

Does the NCAA randomly drug test during the football playoff? It seems they should if they do for the basketball tournament. It would make a case like this more interesting if Hill failed an NCAA test. And by interesting, I mean laughable because they still wouldn't do anything since OSU is involved.

nailed for Molly the first time. Should have been suspended the entire following season, claimed someone spike his drink, NCAA caved on the suspension and then he tested positive a second time? Made his parents, OSU and the NCAA look like gullible fools.

At least McGary had the spine to own it and many be on.
