Of course, he as well as anyone should know that even being in psychic tune with your F5 key is no guarantee in the MGoUniverse that your fight to be the first to post about a notable football event will end up victorious. Then again, sometimes the first thread posted is not the thread which is ultimately kept, so there's that as well. In this case, however, first thread wins.

Yeah, I remember one time we received the committment of the #1WR in the country (George Campbell I believe) and a top 40 RB (Damien Harris) after the BBQ just before their Junior years only to have both of them decommit down the road. While the program is trending a completely different direction, it's hard to get as thrilled about those kids at this point than what we have here in McGrone (Although I'll take a 5* DE anytime, and Rumler sounds like a complete lock to stay in the class).

Nonetheless, our LB 2-deep could very well be amazing in a couple of years, similar to the 2-deep DL last year.

It's great Dave Brandon is no longer AD, or I'm certain we would see some cross-marketing/promotional McGarbage. Instead, we can simply listen to opposing offenses get his so hard they McGrone, then punt the ball and face their McDoom...

I'm here all week.

I'm feeling a post about "The Judge" (aka fatboy to Scott Skiles) might be in order if somebody does.

Of course that might mean I'll have to enter the witness protection program to keep me safe from Brown Viper but sometimes a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.  Regardless of the consequences.

An aggressive, extremely athletic, sideline-to-sideline LB is exactly what you need to halt all of the speed that Meyer is going to throw at you.

Can't wait to see what Brown will mold him into.

In my opinion playing for Don Brown is an honor and should put you on a top five defense annually. Mcgrone is great get and I actually see Simon coming back to U of M when he realizes the advice and pressure he received was not in his best interest. Moving the ball on Michigan defenses is going to be somewhat diificult with talent being assembled in AA. With the talent Michigan is assembling on the interior of their O-line and RB's slated to come to AA you can see how this team is starting to become exactly how Harbaugh wants to play. When Michigan gets the o-line dominating it will be very hard to keep NC's from coming to AA. Don Brown's defenses will always be right around the top and with future talent from all over the country starting to sign up it will only get nastier for opposing offenses. Not to take away from Mcgrone but I really hope we can land Crouch. That kid is exactly the back Michigan covets and he is a pure monster and we should add Noah Cain also. #1 ranking in 2019 is very much a possibility but lets finish strong in 2018 and Mcgrone helps.

247 has him ranked as the #40 player overall yet he is 200+ composite.

Must be another player the lazy Rivals or ESPN ignored to fully scout so his composite ranking is held down bigly similar to Jalen Mayfield
