When Jokes Become Real Life...
I snapped this photo here in Belleville, MI this afternoon, only because it finally happened and and a joke that many of us have made from time to time actually walked right into real life. Note the alumni sticker, then note the occupation...
My only regret for that commercial was that Sparty wasn't delivering for Domino's
Hilarious. One of my best friends from high school is an MSU alum and still swears Domino's corporate didn't hire him out of college because he went to State.
Maybe it was never a joke and always was reality???
Did you pay him for the pizza so he'd get off your porch?
They are not burning couches. Score a plus one for the environment. And encourage gainful employment, it's one less on the public dole.
when keepin' it real goes wrong.
I'll follow you. No shame in someone working to make an honest living.
Let's not miss the third damning detail- these two items appear on a Chrysler Sebring.
The tie-it-all-together takeaway?
An MSU alumni, is not only delivering pizza with that valuable degree, they're also supplementing income in order to afford the sweet, sweet ride that is, the Chrysler Sebring.
...which was leftover from their late grandmother's estate sale (nobody bid on it).
I thought this was going to be a story about the time I had sex with the sloppy chic from the bar and joked the condom broke as I sobered up midway through (and realized WTF am I doing?)...only to slip into the bathroom and realize, it did!
And that's how babies are made, kids.
(okay, I'm kidding...but I really did think this was going to be an awesome story - only because it's OT season on MGoBlog)
WTF? You okay?

Same. A lot of Dave Ramsey callers are paying down student loans by delivering pizzas on the weekends. I respect the grit.
Hey, he majored in sales.
I would think this is someone from their esteemed Supply Chain Management program, actually.
Could very easily be an alum working through grad school. I do hate how this country has lost it's sense of humor, but I also feel uneasy making fun of someone who is biting the bullet to do what they have to do.
is hilarious
I get the joke, but speaking from experience, lots of folks are struggling these days. Good for him/her for doing what it takes.
