I just died in the stands tonight.
Must have been the way that they played.
Fuck it, I'll beat this dead horse again when I'm sure the topic is still on page 2 or 3.
These games suck and BTN is bad and should feel bad. Appreciate the reminders, but few want to watch this awfulness. Save the reminders for when it's Michigan day on BTN or they're at fall camp for the day. These 2 games have been aired over and over for years and many of us are trying our best to forget about them.
Like I said before...show any of the wins from last year before even thinking about airing one of these games. At least we'll see returning players and have that to get excited about.
I used to love when BTN would show old games once in awhile. Now it appears that they only show games that were broadcasted in high def originally, which happen to coincide with the worst years in UM history. No thanks
I'll be watching the end of last seasons Game of Thrones instead to prepare for the new episode tonight.
I knew Game of Thrones was starting in July but lost track. Should be good.
The King of the North! Maybe that should be Harbaugh's nickname!
GO BLUE!!
I'll pass. It's an era that I have blocked from my brain and do not with to re-live.
Great! I think I will Tivo these two games and never watch them. Q-Who are Rich Hernandez and Bradley Hope?
Honestly, screw the BTN and their "Instant Classics". I was looking through what games they were showing for other teams, and even though they were only showing ~3 games per team, EVERY team had a game where they beat us: Maryland 2014, Rutgers 2014, Purdue 2009... Like, all shit shows between 2 bad teams. I get showing OSU 2006 and 2016, but all the rest? Then they come to us and they show 2013 NW and 2008 Wisky, in addition to 2016 Wisky. Like really? I didn't even bother to look to see any other teams/games once I got to us, as I'm sure the pattern continues. Obiviously someone there hates us, and loves trolling us, but whatever.
The list on their website is actually pretty good. A few games from the 80's and 90's. Oldest game on there is the '69 Ohio State game but they rotate the same horrible 5 games.
I watched parts of both games.
But just so my lack of off-season standards is clear, Lockup Fairfax on MSNBC tonight also looks kind of promising.
Sept. 2, please.
