Most of my Michigan gear is Nike already, but it's Nike from pre-2007 before the disastrous Adidas decision. I have a sweatshirt that I was wearing when Tom Brady was still on the team (that's not a lie, FYI).

I have a Nike hoodie from probably 2005ish that I still wear. Only problem is it has a tiny little hole in the armpit seam. I've gotten so many wears out of that shirt. Compare that to Adidas junk that have since bought, wornout, and trashed, the Nike gear still rages on.

I'm not a brand guy, but I am a quality guy, so this reason alone for me was what made me excited to move back to Nike.

With that said I'm a big fan of that pull over maize jacket, looks real sharp. I love the yellow apparel over the blue personally.4  However, I'm not certain if the pullover would drive me nuts now or not. Younger me loved that, I'm not sure about older me.

Damnit, after the thread the other day I talked myself into not needing anything new for this season, I can get away with my #4 jersey every game. Welp, I lied. Sorry wallet.

That second t-shirt, with the outline of the State of Michigan, looks like it should only be offered in toddler and small youth sizes.

The Block Ms on the vest, sleeveless hoodie, and jacket are too big for my liking too.

The rest of the stuff ranges from "ehh, OK" to "dang, I really like that!".  YMMV.

So I can buy a hoodie for $85 or pay twice as much for one without sleeves?  I mean, I know the price on these has nothing to do with the actual cost of material or production, but WTF?

Yes, I realize I'm old.

Also, $90 sweat pants.

WD, I'm curious as to what percentage of your wardrobe is non-Michigan related.

Not making fun at all, but I assume you spend a decent amount of money on the new Nike clothing. Exactly how much do you own that is not in any way affiliated with UM?

A lot of the shirts I wear for going out are non-M Jordan because it just looks good and they make good stuff. I'd say I probably have 5 shirts that aren't made by Nike or Jordan that are also not Michigan shirts. My closest space is getting so tight that I might have to start putting them in drawers.

I also ran out of hangers. I only hang Michigan stuff on Maize/Blue hangers.

I would have thought with the switch to white pants for the road uniforms, you might have followed suit and gotten some white hangers.

BTW, that "($$$)" in the title reminded me of ESPN.com and their insider-only articles. I thought for a brief moment MGo was endorsing a subscription-based model. Phew. My cheap ass will never go for that.

you asked

The towels on the shelf are covering up my Michigan hats so they don't get dusty.

As a bonus, I also organize my shorts and whatnot by brand. Left is Jordan and right is Nike.
