This was found at the link below:
"The parking lots surrounding Michigan Stadium will be available to accommodate fans that wish to tailgate for the spring game. Gates 2, 4, 8 and 10 will open at 10 a.m. Certain restrooms and concessions will be open to the public, but a final determination will be made at a later date based on the stadium construction schedule."

was a huge problem last year for the simple fact that not enough were open... i went to get a couple of pops and hot dogs for my dad and i and i was in line for 25 mins before i just gave up on it and went back to my seats... IIRC the athletic department said they were going to address that problem for this years game...
Also, a little OT for the topic but do you have to set up an appointment for the locker room tours or can you just show up?
I think you just show up. I think the key is to arrive early though, because the line will be LONG.
The locker room will be open Friday night from 6:30 - 8 and Saturday morning, 7 AM - 9:30 AM. I would imagine it's a "get in line" type of thing. Info is here:

Who's bringing the goats?
Hope they are open, cause I'm sure I will get really hungry cause I'm getting there early.
? I can still go to the reception and my friend won't miss me, I can give the wedding band to another guy to hold.
You can tell him I gave you permission, and blame it on me.
Watch the game and then show up for the reception and ask him what the hell he was thinking for putting his wedding on the day of a Michigan game...then you rub in his face all the bad ass plays you saw from the game to make him jealous
Is this one of those, bring a camp chair and wait for hours kind of things?
Speaking of camp chairs, is security going in going to be tight? (i.e., can you bring sandwiches and a water bottle, etc., if concessions are going to be that rough?)
