Per Sam Webb on Twitter, Johnson has received a 6th year of eligability for football as well as track. I believe that Harbaugh has said that Johnson will not be back, but my reading of the quote is that he sort of qualified it by saying he didn't think he'd get the year. Is there a scholarship available?
Drake will be one of the most important players on the team, along with McCray, Hill, Poggi, Cole and Mone. These senior players have all fought adversity, from injuries to position changes, and have succeeded. We will have plenty of young talent, but these guys are battle-tested warriors who can provide the necessary leadership successful teams need on and off the field.
