I was in East Lansing picking up a friend two weeks ago and am going back tomorrow for the same reason.

I can certainly see why Mr. Johns wants out..........

Place is extremely lame compared to Ann Arbor.

Pro Tip: You should have shaken this one off, rather than taken the bait, or maybe even turned it back on him. Like, "yeah, I've got friends, lots of them. In fact, one of them just banged your sister!"

First, he was joking. Second, instagram and twitter followers do not equate to actual friends. You were doing so well, too. If you're talking about pictures ON instagram of you and your friends then I partially retract my statement. The point remans valid.

Nance much more of a 4/5 right now as opposed to a 3/4, especially in a UM offense with a premium on shooting.

He may develop into a 3/4 down the road but my money is betting on Nance being a small ball 4/5 much like DJ.

And it's already a done deal barring anything catastrophic, Nance is aboard.

Nance is a guy who has a chance to be an NBA player eventually but he's going to be a lot like DJ in that he'll need to RS and won't contribute much his first few years on campus. Same thing can be said about Tyson. That's why I've always said Jerome Hunter should be priority #1. With Nance an Johns both in the fold I really hope JB keeps recruiting Hunter. I just don't like recruiting players who are going to contribute nada for 50% of the time they are on scholarship, that's why I hated last years class so much.

I think the only way we stop recruiting Hunter is if Iggy commits before him. Though I'd certainly still take Hunter. Tyson and Nance will probably fall before Iggy or Hunter commit. And I see JB covering his bases instead of waiting on both Iggy and Hunter.

Looking forward to getting 1-2 fun years from him during which he has a meteoric rise, unexpectedly enters the draft, and takes a few of the remaining pieces of my heart with him.
