...that it was an accident with prescribed medication. And the reason for the intensity of the fight, quite likely, is a very large life insurance policy. There could be several policies, including a "key man" policy for the band's corporation.  I expect that there may be quite a lot of money riding on the legal determination of suicide, or accidental death in a dec action.

But had to sell them due to a work conflict. I have seen Chris live before as a solo act (and Audioslave,) I'd never seen Soundgarden though. Waking up to find out he had passed, and how he passed saddened me deeply. When I first discovered grunge music as a teenager (Mid-2000's) Soundgarden immediately stuck out to me, and even before then, I was a fan of Audioslave and had a chance to see one of their shows (which kicked ass.) Cornell had one of the best rock screams ever, and just this morning, I clicked on someone who posted "Say Hello 2 Heaven." and I can't lie, my eyes were watering a bit. Chris will be missed by music fans everywhere, I just hope that anyone dealing with mental issues or contemplating suicide feels comfortable enough to reach out and seek help before the worst happens.

After going to the show last night and waking up to the news I am floored.

You have to wonder if he fell off the wagon.

Thank you for enriching my life Chris.
