Rashan Gary NFL.com #9 ranked CFB player.

I think the Oakland Raiders are still in play then.. Oh, wait.
He'd probably be a top 10 pick in 2018.
He is bobbing his head like he is on "the lean and molly" or something.

Check his mouthguard. It's a mangled piece of plastic. MDMA, fer sure.
Hey, it competitive. He'll have to earn his starts!
Can't believe he didn't make the list.
Agreed. Hurst should be on that list but (a) he wasn't technically a starter, and (b) he wasn't a hyped recruit, so he tends fly under the radar... until this year when he destroys all OL.
He was a hyped recruit though.
while simultaneously rubbing his tummy.
He wears 3 and is ranked 9
Let's change his number to 1 and see if he falls to 11 next year.
15-0 baby!
Or change his number to 11 and see him jump to 1
I'm guessing it was Biff Beefcake, son of Bud and Betty that gave you the downvote.
Can't wait to watch him wreck the B1G this year, and next.
I love Rashan, but hard to believe Dexter Lawrence didn't pop up on this list a little higher than Rashan.
He did appear, just not in the top 10. He is at 18. I agree, probably could be higher.
lawrence is impressive and like gary, should only continue to improve...crazy thing is i thought christian wilkins looked just as good last year (though on that DL lawrence, watkins, ferrell, etc all each had dominant stretches). add in oliver and bosa and some of the other young players and nfl teams should have some stacked DL drafts in future
He also lost every single offensive weapon he has. Will be interesting to see what kind of numbers he puts up when he's handing off and throwing to a bunch of unknowns.
And its not like Oklahoma is stocked with 4 and 5-star players on offense. Losing Mixon, Perine, and Westbrook is a big, big loss.
They were at home against them last year, loaded with offensive weapons, and that game wasn't even really that close.
Pleeeeeze be wrong on this....
After that azz whipping they took at home last year OU HAS to be extremely motivated going into CBus...hopefully that motivation turns into a win....hopefully (yeah, yeah I know.... I doubt it too).
Mo Hurst should be higher, and Gary arguably lower. Not that he isn't talented, he just didn't fill the stat sheet much behind all those seniors last year
I think my biggest beef is Mike Weber at 19. I can't believe he is on this list.
But hard to see how he'll be a top 10 NFL player as a JR.

I'll see myself out
I know he has all the physical tools and the recruiting profile to match, but it seems like his production thus far doesn't warrant that. That's an awful lot of pressure to put on a guy that hasn't gotten a ton of playing time yet. Granted he was behind a senior-laden NFL talent line in front of him, but still. Lets keep this kid somewhat under wraps before we start heaping that expectation on a guy that was in high school a year ago.
Welcome to the NFL Draft, where so much is based on physical attributes and potential. Gary is a freak, and with those physical attributes, it's not hard to see why NFL.com is gushing over him as a prospect.
Ed Oliver at #1? Over Lamar Jackson and Saquon Barkley? Wyoming's QB at 10...? I know Josh Allen is getting NFL hype, but I'm skeptical
Ed Oliver could've gone to the NFL last year with the way he played.
Ed Oliver is good at football. I remember watching him and Rashan during their HS Nike and whatnot camps. That guy can move. He stuck out easily along with Gary as the two best D lineman. Rashan has a height advantage but that's about it.
Anytime you make a list as silly as this you're going to have a few question marks. I didn't mind Ed Oliver at #1, though I think Sam Darnold or Saquon Barkley could be ahead of him.
My biggest issue was Mike Weber where he was, all bias aside. He's not even a top 100 guy.
True, but he has started 10+ games... Basically a full season. That's essentially the same amount Mitch Trubisky started his entire career for North Carolina and he was the 2nd overall pick (chicago bears fans are still crying). Darnold has all the tools (and the roster supporting him) to do very well this year.
Let's not act like 14 career starts puts him in another world of experience than 10 starts lol.
By the end of the season, Darnold will have nearly the same amount of games played and he'll have ~10 more starts.
Trubisky went in the NFL draft, this list has true sophomores that have never started a game on it. Everyone on it will get at least more year of experience before entering the draft. There's an expectation for different levels of experience, greater than the one between those QBs.
The Darnold has a pretty small sample size to be lofting him to #1. He's a lot of hype right now. Just with this particular post. I'd disagree with anyone. The young man threw for a TD nearly 10% of the time he threw the ball. He played in 13 games, which is enough to compare him to any other first year player on that list and his final rating of 161.1 is great.
His stats alone are enough to draw attention, but watching the manner in which he complies these makes you realize you're watching a truly unique player. If he had started the season last year, he probably would have been in NY. I am certain he'l get there this year. He's so far ahead of any other first year qb, as to the NFL game I've seen in years.
