So is there anyone who can't win money or has 0 affiliation with the Blue Devils who is actually rooting for Duke over Butler?

following hip hop once I turned about 18, but is this what Puff Daddy's career has resorted to?

I wouldn't. Butler has won 25 in a row, and was ranked 8th in polls. There were greater upsets in the tourny this year, maybe not in terms of big upset in this big of a game, but in terms of worse teams beating good teams. The media wants to paint Butler as David, but Butler was massively under seeded.

The Bulldogs are hanging. I think that if Butler can defend hard until the end they have the guys to pull it out. Guys like Nored, Vanzant, and Veasley all seem like good defenders, and they wear you out and make you earn your points. That's crucial against a team like Duke because they don't have a ton of scorers. The teams that have lost to Duke all really failed to defend second chance shots. If Butler can stick to their gameplan, and defend they have a heck of shot to win this game IMO.

...to the BTN every so often to see the tape delay broadcast of the Michigan - IU water polo match. Final was Michigan 6, IU 4 (not to kill the suspense or anything). Interesting note: this is the first water polo match ever shown on the BTN.

It is a shame that Zoubek has to throw the ball out of the paint when he is under the basket. He should just dominate down there. You are 7'1", turn and jump just a little and dunk it. Plus with Zoubek hedging like he is I think Duke will get burned by that sooner or later.

But that's something else that annoys me about Duke and programs like them, in general. Jealousy. They get all the calls, all the benefit from the media, promotion from the NCAA and their conference...all the breaks. Contrast that with Michigan Football, as storied as any college program- media tries to tear it down, everyone jumps against it (like when it has a chance for a rematch vs. OSU) and it isn't promoted for it's greatness, and it's own conference seems out to stick it to them with calls or anything else to keep them down (outside of what people think in Happy Valley, at least) rather than help prop up their name teams. I've never gotten that.

Very well played half thus far. I'd look to Hayward and Mack to take control in the second half. At this point it looks like two very good, very close teams.

That was a Grade-A Greg Paulus flop by Jon Scheyer. If you're going to draw the charge, STAND UP TALL and TAKE IT LIKE A MAN. That charge call was total fucking bullshit.

A flagrant personal foul (or intentional foul) involves excessive or severe contact during a live ball. A flagrant technical foul involves unsportsmanlike conduct that is extreme in nature, or excessive or severe contact during a dead ball. Fighting is also considered a flagrant technical foul. As he said he was going for the ball, no that's NOT a flagrant.
