This scene describes the past month of Michigan hockey
Following the Northern series I think it was obvious I and the shear majority of fans of Michigan hockey saw the writing on the wall. The team would need to pull together a miracle run of epic proportions to even make the tournament. Add to that the absolute dread I felt when we witnessed Hogan's groin getting tore into two against ND. However, then the light of God shown upon us in the form of 5'6 goaltender Shawn Hunwick. The feeling i had the past two months was like a dark cloud getting lifted over Michigan. We were about to enter a new era of Michigan athletics. However, it was not. It was just an illusion as the soul dong punch continues.
I believe this clip describes Michigan hockey perfectly over the month of March.
With that said I am extremely proud of the Michigan hockey team. I have never been more proud of a Michigan hockey team since attending the University of Michigan. They showed tremendous heart and determination. I hope everyone here attends the final Red Berenson show tomorrow at 6 pm at the Arena Bar and Grill in Ann Arbor. We need to give Red and whichever players he brings with him a standing ovation. If you ever see a player on campus please tell them thank you for lifting our spirits even if it was temporary. Go Blue!
Can't really blame the team for yesterday. They did what was necessary to win the game......
A better question is: Does Hunwick become the starter next year?

It will be an interesting competition. I still think Hogan will be the starter again next season. Hopefully, we get a blue chip goalie recruit.

I dunno about that. Hunwick lately wasn't just 'hey that was good for a walk-on', he was more 'wow that was actually really good'
Michael Palin was my favorite member of monty python. Too bad he died too soon.
He's not dead yet.
My bad.I was thinking of Chapman.

Report to the Ministry of Silly punishments and all will be taken care of.
Basically what you're saying is that the 2009-2010 sports year can be summed up by, "ratfarts".

Overtime losses are always dong punches, but this one has gained an immediate spot in the Dong Punch Hall of Fame.
Between football, basketball, and hockey, Michigan has 50% of the spots in the DPHOF.
