M Hoops v. Penn State Open Thread (?)

Wow, how far we have fallen. Half way through the first half and no open thread. There should be a drinking game called "drink when Walton misses a 3." People would get WASTED. 11-9 Penn State, 12 minutes to go 1st half.

The last time Crisler had an electrifying atmosphere (that I attended) was against Zona in 2013. Though we lost, that was a badass game. The place was packed and going nuts. Gotta meet Hoke and Peppers too, so there's my cool story bro, moment.

Hoops program is just not good. It is that simple. From lame Crisler to all the special "hidden" talent we bring in, average is as good as it will be.

Jesus we are not good. Losing and looking like we will lose to the 2nd worse team in the conference. Recruiting has really caught up to us, I really hope the next class is better.

Didn't Penn St end up getting like 2 Top 50 recruits this past year?  Or 3 Top 100 kids??  I thought i saw that at some point last season that they had some good freshman coming in.  Pretty impressive work to be out-recruited by PSU in basketball.

This is what it felt like under Brady Hoke's last year in football. Awful play, making shitty opponents look like solid title contenders. It's not fun. I hate it when we make our opponents look happier than a kid on the last day of school.
