but goddamn it looks great. A friend came down from Montreal last year and brought what she called "a bunch of Montreal Meat" and it looked like that. And it was heaven.

+1 For the poutine. I've enjoyed some of this heart-stopper before.. fries, cheese curds, and gravy.. magnifique.
poutine, the one meal i miss the most since i moved to michigan... its just not the same making it with canned beef gravy and shredded cheese...
